Jason Brown was an excellent Volvo sales ambassador. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was, by far, the smoothest and easiest deal I have ever made on a new car. The volvo xc40 is a fantastic car and loaded with tons of safety technology and pure fun features. Very roomy as well. I am very pleased.

Findlay Volvo, and especially Operations Director, Erich Christjansen, took such great care of me and my new (used) 2012 S80, that I am still overwhelmed that a car dealership would go so far above and beyond the normal level of service to do the right thing. Barely three months after I bought my car, some major repairs (approx $2800) were needed. I sent Erich an email and within an hour, he called me on the phone. He then asked me to bring the car back in, and they would look further into what repairs were needed. The day after I brought it in, I got a call from the Service Dept. saying my car was fixed (at no cost to me) and I could come pick it up. I dropped the phone and broke out in tears. I couldn't believe that a dealership could be so caring for their customers. When I came to pick up my car, I gave Erich a big hug and couldn't thank him enough. They now have a customer for life. Thank you, Findlay Volvo. You are the best!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I have been shopping online for a particular vehicle and have dealt with many dealers across the country. Ben was prompt and professional when answering my questions and while ultimately deciding it was not the vehicle for me, I could not have been more pleased with how I was treated.
I live in K.C. area, found infiniti at Las Vegas Carmax! Carlo's went above and beyond to try and help me!! Still have not found car yet, but if I find one at Carmax Las Vegas, I will certainly ask for Carlo's!!!
Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.
