I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

I’m an older woman and my paperwork was not in perfect shape to say the least (my registration on my trade-in car had expired!). While showing me my new car, he was patient and made sure I was comfortable with every part of my new Mild Hybrid XC40 SUV (and in my favorite color). About a month ago I had the pleasure of working with Lisa to purchase the first car I've ever bought from a dealership. Years of worrying about how dealerships work went away during my visit there. I didn't feel like they just wanted my money and even though I was buying a used car I didn't once feel like I was getting ripped off. In fact, this is by far the best car I've ever owned. It appears that post-COVID there has been a great deal to be desired.
