We purchased a 2008 Subaru from Greenville Auto. The whole experience was straightforward, transparent and hassle free. Trevor was excellent to work with. I am looking forward to my next road trip in my new XC90. I look for places to drive. It handles well in the snow and rain. I feel safe with my children and grandchildren in the car, but more importantly it is big enough for everyone to have their own space :-).
I purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento from Greenville Auto and RV. Trevor was pleasant and answered all my questions. The Sorento had defective aftermarket trailer wiring, but Trevor reimbursed me for the repair. They stand behind their product!

We absolutely love the styling and design of the all new XC 90. After owning several of them in the past my wife will drive nothing else. Unfortunately some of the same flaws with the old designer still there. Wonderful factory warranty we have had it in the shop multiple times and of course they cannot figure out what is wrong. If the car sits for more than a week or so without being driven the battery is dead. The navigation shows we are driving in the middle of water or field often has no idea where we actually are. Again we took it into the mobile dealer and had several issues addressed these two issues Are still the same. Very disappointed in a 60+ thousand dollar car
Jeremy Briggs made sure my car was taken care of in a very timely matter. Would recommend time and time again. 10 out of 10.

Before I test drive my Volvo XC60, I tested BMW, Mercedes, Tesla. Then I set in XC60 and said immediately: "This car is for me and it will be mine". Everything is perfect in this car. Starting from luxury sound system ending with safety of this car. I have a child and for me safeness is the first reason why I choose this car. Volvo is still a leader for safeness of their cars. I have fully loaded car and I enjoy driving it everyday. With no doubt I would recommend this car.

I had opportunity to drive two competitors, Audi Q5 Premium Plus and MB GLC300 Premium-I package. Volvo XC60 2019 Inscription is simply better, more luxury car. Everything good in highest trim. With optional tech advance package this car become a semi-autonomous. Considering end of year discount of $6k from $55K MSRP, the value is obvious versus competitors, even including in consideration Acura RDX 2019 Adv., which can't be compared in terms of luxury to Volvo.
Both Jeremy and Scott take such good care of me and my car. I live in Milwaukee and drive over 100 miles just to have my car serviced by Scott. I feel they make suggestions to ensure my safety in my car not trying to upsell me optional service.

I bought a 2016 XC 90 T6 Momentum new from the dealer in Jan 2016. I loved it so much in the beginning. It was smooth and quiet and I knew it was one of the safest cars out there. I have 3 kids and we used it as our primary car for family vacations, visiting family out of state and local everything. I am a true soccer mom. But gradually over the al most 3 years we had it it was one thing after another. Some small some major. Tons of recalls and updates. I love over an hour away from the dealer and they were great about getting me a loaner car. But I basically took a full day and sometimes two out of my week to drive it there, wait on it or go do some shopping for a day while it was fixed or updated. Several times I had to leave it for more than one day. Air conditioner never worked good. Was super loud. Defrost only worked on max and was too noisy. Engine would skip out and had the spark plugs serviced or replaced multiple times. The most annoying was this rattle in the front passenger door that sounded like something was loose in there. When you at in that seat it made yo nuts on a longer trip. I asked to have that fixed and after checking it out for a few hours they said after 12k miles that wasn't covered and its would be my own bill. This was my husbands last straw. But I still tried to hang on.IT also had a leaky coolant hose once while my husband was over an hour away at a soccer game with kids and it broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed. I had to go get him and we wasted an entire day. the Biggest issue was the engine light came on multiple times. Each time I would take it in and a few times they said it needed spark plugs and also that they were awaiting a service update from Volvo and actually didn't know how to fix it! while the light was on the engine continued to perform less and less powerful and finally the warranty went off at 50k miles and I was at daughters senior photo shoot an hour away and it smelled awful of smoke and burning. I had to take it back to dealer and they found a hose was leaking coolant again. But engine light was still on and I didn't feel safe driving it. I wrote to Volvo Corp. and complained that now I that the light was on all the time how do I know when a new problem arises that it isn't a new issue? and it isn't covered under warranty anymore so it had to be fixed. They replaced fuel injectors spark plugs AGAIN and said they did a lot of work on it and it was covered. Which I was happy for. I had a new loaner for almost 2 weeks. My husband and I were just over it and finally traded it in on an Audi Q7 this weekend. They need to get this car improved. Maybe the 2017 or 2018 models are better.

This car was designed for people with back and neck issues. Totally comfortable and offers lots of control for sitting and driving long distances. I love the stereo and sound system. Touch controls right at my fingertips makes this car super easy to use. It makes driving a delight. The smooth lines of the exterior are sleek and elegant. What a beautiful vehicle!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This is the second S60 I have owned, previously having had a 2006 S60R. I traded in that vehicle for my current vehicle, an S60 R Design with the Polestar software upgrade. The current iteration of the “R”, although fast, with great brakes, is not a true sports sedan. The previous vehicle accelerated more quickly, tracked truer, and had a suspension more suited to a car billed as a “performance. ” model. Although my newer R-Design is quite fast, and handles quite well, it possesses an inherent “softness” which lowers the fun quotient a bit.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

I traded my Range Rover Evoque for this vehicle and this vehicle has everything I loved about the Range Rover and more. The driving experience and comfort of this vehicle is amazing. The simplicity of the touch screen is a definite plus as well as all the other features. It's a very modern, fun vehicle to drive.
I have had this car for about a month now, and I love it. I went for the 316hp T-6, and I am glad that I did. It is fun to drive. I got it with the air suspension and when you put it in Dynamic mode is does not feel like the 7 passenger SUV that it is. That "can do" spirit from the supercharged and turbocharged 4 cylinders mated with the "I got a gear for that" smooth shifting 8-speed automatic just makes you smile. It feels and handles like a sports car. The Bowers & Wilkins stereo is worth it! I hear sounds from old tunes that I have never heard before. I got a great deal on it as well. It is a luxury car and worth every dollar! PS - it is also my truck, I haul stuff in it and with both rear rows folded a lot of stuff, and it cleans up great for a night out.

Wow, if you get a chance and shopping for a car, give this place a try. John Alsteen was honest and very helpful. Not only that, a huge supporter of victims of domestic violence. I saw this first hand as they assisted this person, walked her through the process, explained what everything meant and got her a great deal to get her back on her feet in a car she could truly afford WITHOUT pushing anything more.
The lobby was clean and had a variety of complimentary drinks. I was most happy they had a keurig with an option of dark hot chocolate and not just coffee as I waited. Thank you Meister Imports John (and Scott) for being there and truly listening to your customer's. A good hometown feel appeal than just a standards car salesman.

40000 miles never a hiccup, radio, nav, ipod stuff is great. road lighting is very good at night. Feels safe and nimble when driving and it really smooths out the curves.
