I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

This is my 3rd Subaru Outback. I have found the Outbacck to be a very reliable, comfortable and excellent all-wheel-drive vehicle. I love that even with the updated Subaru makes every few years, when I purchase a new one I have very little I have to learn to drive the newer version. However, it is always good to have the dealer go over the various updates and idiosyncrasies of your new or used Subaru Outback. I have been driving an Outbac since 1990's, and always seem to go back to this same brand and model because it is so safe in North Carolina's winter months when we get icy roads and sometimes snow. I have even tried to spin out my Subaru Outback on ice covered snow, just toseewhatwould happen. The car skidded to the side of the road but didn't sin out. And yes, I did this in a very safe environment where I had lots of empty space and room. I'm not totally crazy. The Subaru outback is a perfect car for individuals that doa variety of sports, for families looking for a safe and roomy car for up to 3 children. It easily sits 5 comfortable lying, and has child locks on the doors. The All-wheel-drive is the best other road. I also love the daylights that stay on all the time, and don't effect the battery running down as Logan you drive it regularly. My 2017 pairs well with my Samsung phone, as it would with any Android or I-phone. Ithaca plenty of additional electric outlets for listening to your MVP player or for your children playing games on their cell phones or tablets. The cargo area, whichI love, it bigger than that on a Forester, although Iusually put the backseat down sour dog s can move around while we drive. They have been trained Nottoway come into the frontseat area, unless invited at the beginning of a ride. You can also use a dog seat belt or a baby or dog seat installs easily in the Outback. And your can easily reach into a baby seat of dog seat to check on your human or pet baby, if it is placed on the opposite side inches backseat from where you are seated.in newer models of the Outback they have added extra storage compartments for electronics or other small to medium size objects that you may need handy. I also like that their is no ashtray, though one can be requested being put in. Their are plenty of cup holder both in the frontseat area and back seat area. An Ihave haul lumber an long items on top ofthe vehicle on the storage rack, and bought home a considerable load of plants and soil with the back seat folded down. The protective Tay and backend storage net came standard with my 2017 Subaru Outback, unlike many more expensive stationwagons or SUVs. The rear net is great for holding a small amount of grocery bags in place or several trays of plants. My 1917 Subaru Outback has airbags front and on the sides. The dashboard elements are easy ro read, and setting up the cruise control and distance from cars is easy to do. I sometimes frustrates me, but the 2017 Outback is set to slow down automatically if you are behind an vehicle. This can be a pain when you are wanting to past another car, but I've learned through habit to exceleratemanually when passing, so it is not a big deal, and the slow down feature is great when traveling it tracific, such as in big cities like Charlotte or Raleigh. Lastly I love my leather seats. They looks good today in 2022 as they did when I first purchase this car is December 2017. With regular washings, and dusting and or leather treating the interior the leather will last beautifully until the car has well over 250,000 miles on it. And that is both on road and off road driving. I've taken my Outback on some pretty rough roads, like Old 105going from Lake James area Linville using very old forestry back roads. My car takes these dirt, bumpy roads like a dream, with room to spare underneath.

I’ve owned some great cars, and my 2014 Subaru Outback is arguably the best, most reliable and most practical car I’ve ever owned. Truly, I love my Subaru.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I found the car I wanted at this location and they were super helpful in getting it transferred FREE to a location closer to me so I can go in to pick up.

Very comfortable and reliable. It is a very functional vehicle. Very pleased with it. I would buy again without question. Has all the necessary electronic features.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it! So my wife picked it out Nov 2014. I was a little apprehensive, but the price was right. It had 9miles and we now have 50,056. The only issue was the front air dam between the wheels. Pull to close to the parking block and it will tear off when you back out. Never bothered to replace it. With gas on the rise our timming was really good. I'd get another V but it was discontinued. Versatile is a perfect description for it. Happy shopping 😁 It really handy size wise and mileage is super.

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

I see another reviewer here bought their xB in 2006 as well. This has been a very reliable car for me. I want get all the maintenance issues out of the way first. I have had to replace the camshaft gears, the blower motor fan for the A/C 6 times, the catalytic converter twice, ingnition coils, front windshield 3 times (one time reimbursed through Scion owner settlement), water pump, starter, and cold air intake system. Those were the most significant, and expected after 19 years of ownership. I have seen on other sights that the car burns oil, and as my car got older, it does. I have to replace oil usually twice in between oil changes. The only 2 issues I have not addressed is the front end suspension and the audio system. It was never the smoothest riding vehicle from the beginning, but now the MacPherson struts are shot making for a rough ride over the smallest bumps in the road. If anyone has ever ridden surface streets in and around downtown Atlanta, they can attest to the rough streets and the wear and tear down to your vehicle. The factory radio speakers are blown. They didn't do well at high volumes. I still can listen to music with little bass at moderate volumes--works for me. However, after all that, the maintenance for my Scion has been spaced out and reasonably priced. From the first oil change, I decided to take this vehicle to the dealership for repairs, however I highly recommend relying upon your own maintenance preferences. With some costly repairs, I reached out to other mechanics. Back to the Scion...other than the usual oil change, wiper blade changes, filter changes, brake repair, and tire replacements, the overall maintenance cost in a yearly basis is low. I enjoy the gas mileage, the interior room (although I would like more driver legroom), the lasting CD player, the lasting hydraulics for the rear door (showing my age), maneuverability, engine power at lower speeds, and slow depreciation over the years. This car has been the longest lasting car I've ever had and has outlasted cars of friends, coworkers, and family.
