I saw a car that I was interested in and called the dealership, Smythe Volvo in Summmit. I spoke to a salesmen, Jesus Garcia. I drove to the dealership to see and test drive the care. Jesus was very accommodating. His warm and kind nature made it easy and comfortable in deciding on the car. When we got back to the office I gave an offer and it was excepted. I first contacted Porsche Larchmont in late 2019 about purchasing my dream vehicle, a 718 Cayman GT4. Since I was a young child, I have been an avid car enthusiast, and owning a yellow Porsche and a red Ferrari at some point in my lifetime were both bucket list items for me. Coming from owning 3 BMW M cars in the past, I was used to the experience working with my preferred BMW dealer, and wasn't sure what to expect with Porsche. I had interactions with Ashley Harris (General Manager), Sylwester (Sales manager), and Pedro DeAraujo (Sales Representative) throughout this process, and I can unequivocally say that the experience with each of them was consistently one of professionalism. There were certainly a couple of points through the process where we hit challenges, but each time Pedro (and his leadership) was patient, extremely responsive, understanding, professional, and always found an amicable and fair resolution to the situation at hand. To me, this is a great testament to a dealership that is looking to build long-term sustainable relationships vs. selling these often limited quantity Porsches with a short-term, profit maximizing perspective. Especially on the day of finalizing the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle, the dealership was at its finest. They had all the paperwork prepared and signing paperwork took all of 5 minutes (which was much needed for me with 2 toddlers accompanying us!). On the day of delivery, as any good sales rep would, Pedro left a couple of tricks in the bag to make the experience even more special for me. This is the best experience I've had with the handful of Porsche dealers I've visited, and it was truly a pleasurable car-buying experience!

Leticia was great! She made everything easier with getting my car. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and always were willing to help with any problem or question I had. Great dealership experience every time I showed up!

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

The dealership provided a quick response and follow up to insure that all my questions were answered. They were friendly, knowledgeable and I felt that the asking price was fair and reasonable for the car. They also provided a very reasonable transportation quote in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

I have a 2008 and my hood hinge never worked well hood fly up I had to replace the entire hood. Now engine fails. Oil leaking terribly
