Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.

We had the Best buying experience with Mark Ferguson..he is an awesome sale person..who take our demand very seriously and tried to meet all our need..he is extremely patience and a man that keep his words. We had purchased a preowned certify 2019 Qx50 with only 7000 miles include all the bells and whistles for $44k. We live an hour and half from the dealer therefore we won???t need their free oil change and we had addressed that to Mark to see if he can do any better on the price..and he as a man of his words, talked to the manager and marked the price down $500 less and I still have the same warranty with free oil change for a year..my fiance complained abt a rough half xxx paint job on the base of the bumper..he said he will take care of it..and he did..smooth as a baby xxx..Chris Frey the Finance manager also an awesome person too. I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.

Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
Very comfortable environment , friendly and awesome from the showroom to the lot , All the vehicals are in mint condition , it's my family's third experience with David B and it's not gonna be the last . 10/10 experience,😊
David Baranauskas was our Sales Rep. We were very pleased with his knowledge of the Chevy Equinox. He was friendly and personable, not pushy. He spent a lot of time with us and did not rush us into any decisions. We stopped in on Friday night and then purchased the Equinox the next day. What we noticed with other dealers, they first have the sales rep speak to you, then they have their manager step in to close the deal. Schumacher Chevrolet is different, David was our sales rep the entire time with no other manager getting involved with the sale. We appreciated that. David also is going above and beyond creating YouTube videos to help consumers like us understand all the new technology these cars have now. It's a great idea, he truly wants to help his clients. We also met with Cory Calabrese in financing and he explained in detail all the extra options available for additional warranties. Again, he was also not pushy letting us decide what was best for us.
