He’s approach was caring & informative to my needs always with a calm approach in his delivery, which brought me great energy and trust and to top it off the whole process of my lease took only a bit over 4hrs. Overall a positive experience, very little typical dealer nonsense, The process was straightforward and most of it was done via text and email, I spent very little time waiting around.
