Bad Management!

Bad Management!! Finance department is Horrible! No communication at all. They say they will call you back and nothing very bad experience I had here. I do not recommend it. This dealership doesn't care about its customers.

Horrible management!

Horrible management!!! This dealership doesn't care about their customers. They tried to misrepresent the true state of the vehicle we purchased and apparently planned to push the hidden damage off on the warranty company at our expense! We went in on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a used car and while we loved the car, we wanted it inspected before purchasing it. Our mechanic was closed and we needed the car by Monday so we assumed their service department would do a good inspection. On Monday they said the inspection was done and that it came back good. The salesperson seemed trustworthy so we went to sign the paperwork. The finance guy was extremely rude and pushy in trying to get us to purchase a warranty that would more than double our monthly payments and cost us an extra $16,680 for a $9,800 vehicle. We almost walked out we were so upset with the harassment! The next day our son began driving the car to Denver every day for a work project and noticed the car shaking at speeds over 70. Thinking it was just a tire out of balance, I told him to take back roads at slower speeds until I had time to get it into the tire shop. The tire shop which is my regular mechanic, told me the problem was that the front lower control arm bushings were broken and wallowed out and the rear lateral arm bushings were also broken as well as the rear lower control arm bushing, plus front and rear struts were leaking - $4,400 estimate. He said there is no way that this car had been properly inspected as this damage was obviously going on for some time. Over the next several weeks I left messages for the managers and never got a return call. My sales rep relayed a messages saying I could trade in the car for a newer one but had no further details other than she had asked her manager to call me. That never happened. Finally, after several attempts I got through to the sales manager and he was surprised when I told him the sales rep said they would trade in the vehicle. I said I would be happy for them to just repair it but was open to considering a trade in. He then said the owner was "unwilling to lose any money on this vehicle". He asked me to email him the estimate and inspection report from my mechanic and he would discuss it with the GM. I emailed and waited a week. I sent an email telling that I would like the vehicle repaired or for them to just unwind the deal and give me my money back. I never got a reply or phone call. After a week I called again, was told both the sales manager and GM were busy and they would call me right back - they never did. While the car was purchased "AS IS" they told me the inspection report came back good - THAT IS BLATANT MISREPRESENTATION. They were apparently trying to push the overpriced warranty on me and then have the warranty company cover the damage they had already found and not disclosed to me which is probably why they didn't give me the inspection report. I would have been reasonable with them had they even offered to repair only the control arms/bushings, but they showed no interest in trying to resolve this at all. They don't want to lose money but they have no problem if their customers do lose money! I can almost hear them laughing and saying "Sucker!!".

If I could provide negative stars, I would.

If I could provide negative stars, I would. I recommend that you avoid this place like the plague. Take your money and spend it elsewhere. They have shady business practices. They do the classic trick of baiting you with a good price for a car and then add in lots of extra fees. By the time they are done with the fees, the out-the-door price increases significantly. They also agreed on a sales deal for a car and then retracted it when another potential buyer called to inquire about the car. Expect them to try to con and trick you. Avoid at all costs!

Most horrible experience ever.

Most horrible experience ever. Took my 20 year old daughter to go look at a car we saw online for $17,000. Was approached by Flint a sales shark that was standing outside. Flint heard nothing I said and proceeded to put us in a 2025, 30,000 car to test drive. I told him I didn't want to drive a car we didn't want. He had a story that he couldn't find those keys but this one was the same model and on and on. He then took us inside and tried to get me to agree to but a while different car that we didn't even try to test drive and it was still $30,000. Ran our credit without our knowledge and everything. I am so upset about the behavior taught and led at this lot. We were unheard, and definitely out numbered by men taking advantage of women. I will never shop here again and will recommend the same to everyone out there. If I didn't know better, it would have scammed so many. Be careful over here, or better yet, stay far away from here. Predators.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! My Experience: (Salesman) Amy Krutsinger: 1/10 can’t be trusted she lied to me don’t let her do that to you. It’s long but trust me I don’t want this happen to you. Drove all the way from Cheyenne to Loveland was told I qualified for a car and they would take my trade in. My car not the best of shape I made sure to ask if the car was mine it’s all mine. I get there a hour away and they sell it to someone else. They said the other customer was test driving it and couldn’t say anything but it was okay for me to drive all that way in a busted car for them to just sell the car under me. Financial manger says”I’m here to sell cars and make money not make customers happy” Also this all happened in 3 hours they did this to me plus nether manger or salesman could call and tell me don’t come we may have sold the car. Amy Krutsinger worst salesman ever and she claimed she did it for 20 years, she thought they wouldn’t buy it and took it upon herself to keep having me drive when she knew I probably wouldn’t get the car anymore. That was because she was more concerned about making money than anything else. Do your self a favor don’t waste your time they will just screw you over look at all the negative reviews. Btw the owners were there when the financial manager had said what he did and didn’t say a word to him. This is exactly why people are fed up with this xx absolutely no morals what so ever and they treat their customers as dollar signs. By far the worst experience ever at a dealership.
