2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Emission Issue

The problem: Vehicles may not be able to pass emission testing during state inspection due to incomplete readiness of the required air fuel sensor monitor.
Corrective action: Dealers will update the engine control software with a new program to eliminate this problem.
Warranty info: This service bulletin will be performed free of charge under this special campaign.
