New for 2009 There are no significant changes for 2009.
Exterior The Rogue looks a lot like its corporate brother, the Nissan Murano, especially when you’re looking at its eggcrate grille and upward-sweeping D-pillar. At 182.9 inches, the vehicle is relatively long for a compact SUV. It’s longer than its competitors, though at 70.9 inches wide it’s narrower than the RAV4 and Vue.
Available 16-inch steel wheels or 17-inch aluminum wheels
Standard power mirrors, heated mirrors optional
Optional front fog lamps
Optional high-intensity-discharge headlamps
Interior There’s room for five in the Rogue’s cabin. The driver and front passenger sit on bucket seats and face a fairly minimalist dashboard. Dash vents and control knobs are accented with silver-colored surrounds, and the instrument panel is dominated by two large gauges with orange illumination. An available flat-folding front passenger seat allows you to carry long items inside the SUV, and the second row features a 60/40-split folding bench seat.
Passenger volume comes in at 97.5 cubic feet, with 28.9 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats. That measures pretty closely with the Vue, but the RAV4 is larger.
