It wasn’t exactly the stuff of Hemingway, and it didn’t take place in a Pamplona, Spain, bullfighting arena. But when Cars.com reviewer Joe Wiesenfelder stepped into the ring at Georgia’s Roebling Road Raceway with this Aventador — not the famed bull, but the Lamborghini — it all but had him yelling “Ole!” Most of us may never find ourselves behind the wheel of this $433,000 performance sports car to feel the 700 horsepower and 509 pounds-feet of torque its V-12 sends to all four wheels, but we can still admire it from afar. Check out Cars.com photographer Evan Sears’ photos below, taking note of the Aventador’s spectacular features, particularly its jetfighter-inspired design, scissor doors, those giant scoops on the side that feed cool air to the engine and the automated spoiler for greater down force at high speeds.
