In past model years, the Acura TL has been known for its polarizing looks, especially its shield grille. For the 2012 model year, the automaker has softened the grille’s look in the hopes of appealing to more consumers. It certainly appealed to Cars.com Family contributor Sara Lacey, who found its angular looks and V-6 engine satisfying. She wasn’t as impressed with the interior’s cheap-looking plastic trim across the dash and center stack, though.
