If you thought your commute to the office today was painful, it was nothing compared to one man's 12-hour trip on the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway near Lagos, Nigeria.
The daylong, 40-mile ride was peppered with hours of standstill traffic, crowbar-wielding thieves, illegally parked oil tankers and dangerous cargo spills. Your 90-minute ride in stop-and-go traffic on the expressway doesn't seem so bad now, does it?
