Vehicle Overview

BMW’s X5 luxury crossover has been redesigned for the 2014 model year. It’s offered with rear- or all-wheel drive and comes with a choice of three turbocharged engines, including a diesel six-cylinder. The X5 can seat five people in two rows or seven with an optional third row. Competitors include the Audi Q7, Mercedes-Benz M-Class and Acura MDX.

New for 2014

The redesigned X5 features exterior cues from the BMW 3 Series compact car, a new interior and a newly available rear-wheel-drive system.
