The 2014 Kia Forte5 SX finished fourth in our $30,000 Cheap Speed Challenge. “Its suspension is surprisingly capable, and it looks the part of cheap speed with 18-inch wheels, dual-exiting exhaust and blackened exterior trim,” said one of our judges.
