2015-2016 Mercedes-Benz HD Radio Issue

The problem: Affected vehicles may exhibit a condition where, when saving the 26th HD radio station in the audio head unit, the unit begins a reset loop. This is due to a software glitch.

Corrective action: On affected vehicles, dealers will update the audio head software.
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the Mercedes Benz new-vehicle limited warranty.
