2015-2017 Maserati Quattroporte GTS: Recall Alert

Vehicles Affected: Approximately 450 model-year 2015-17 Maserati Quattroporte GTS luxury sports sedans equipped with a 3.8-liter V-8 engine

The Problem: A resistor in the low-pressure fuel pump resistor may fail, causing a loss of engine power or a stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

The Fix: Dealers will replace the fuel pump resistor cable assembly for free.

What Owners Should Do: Maserati will begin notifying owners Nov. 13. Owners can call the automaker at 201-510-2369, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236 or go to www.safercar.gov to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
