The problem: Customers may experience a condition in which, when they try to turn on the head unit to listen to audio content, the unit will intermittently not power up. This is due to a problem internally in the head unit itself.
Corrective action: Dealers will replace the head unit with a new one.
Warranty info: This repair is being done under the new-car warranty.
