CARS.COM

Vehicles Affected: Approximately 319 model-year 2017 Aston Martin DB11 luxury sports coupes

The Problem: The tire-pressure monitoring system may be incorrectly calibrated, resulting in the low-tire-pressure warning tell-tale not illuminating at the required minimum activation pressure. If the driver is not warned that a tire is underinflated, continued use may result in tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.

The Fix: Dealers will update the tire-pressure monitoring system software for free.

What Owners Should Do: Aston Martin will begin notifying owners this month. Owners can call the automaker at 888-923-9988, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236, or visit www.safercar.gov to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
