2018 Honda Odyssey: Recall Alert

CARS.COM
Vehicles Affected: Approximately 3,900 model-year 2018 Honda Odyssey minivans
The Problem: The seat belt tongue for the third-row center seating position may not be compatible with the latch, preventing the seat belt from latching securely. This could result in the occupant not being restrained, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
The Fix: Dealers will inspect the third-row center seat belt to make sure it has the correct tongue and replace the seat belt, if necessary, for free.
What Owners Should Do: Honda will begin notifying owners July 24. Owners can call the automaker at 888-234-2138, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236, or visit www.safercar.gov to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
