CARS.COM — Volvo has redesigned the XC60, its smallest SUV, to follow in the footsteps of the larger three-row XC90. The XC90 may be stealing some of the thunder of the XC60 here, but it was a stunning SUV — Cars.com’s Best of 2016 overall — and the XC60, appearing at the 2017 New York International Auto Show, seems to be nearly as opulent, just in a smaller package.
