Well, here it is: The 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, in coupe and convertible form at the 2017 L.A. Auto Show. It’s the first convertible ZR1 since the 1970s, and it may be the least expensive 200-mile-an-hour convertible you can buy.
