After conquering the European and Asian markets, Smart brings its popular urban-crawling ForTwo to the U.S. Coming in a full 3 feet shorter than a Mini Cooper, but still yet to undergo crash testing by the government, the ForTwo comes with a series of question marks hovering over its compact body.
