Now that Chrysler is under new ownership, things are changing rapidly for this member of Detroit’s Big Three. Besides a number of leadership changes at the top – the car company hired a former Home Depot CEO as its CEO – the company is moving rapidly to rebrand itself.
The most noticeable change is the new Chrysler logo. Or should we say old Chrysler logo? After years of incorporating a stylish winged logo, Chrysler has returned to the pentastar design we all remember from the 1980s.
We’re not too thrilled with the logo, but thankfully it will not be affixed to Chrysler’s vehicles. It will only be used in advertising and other promotional materials. That’s a good thing, because a 300C would look mighty silly with this fixed atop that snazzy grille.
