The uber-gadget guys at Gizmodo had a reader send in impressions of his experience after signing up for Chrysler’s in-car Wi-Fi service, called AutoNet. His overall impressions do not sound positive to us. Not only did the user find the service slow, he found its lack of automatic encryption an oversight that could lead to a huge bill. Again, we’d say just stick with a laptop card from your wireless provider until this tech gets updated.
