Bonus: Unlike all the fathers getting those coffee cups on June 18, your World’s Best Dad will be one of only 500 drivers on the planet with one of these. And your love will set you back just $257,500, plus whatever option boxes you check. Yes, at this price, there still are options.

The limited-edition coupe is Porsche’s most powerful 911 Turbo S ever at 607 horsepower, bragging rights thanks to 27 more horses from the twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat six than a “common” 911 Turbo S. And it can rocket to 124 mph in 9.6 seconds, 0.3 seconds faster. Porsche’s active suspension system and Sport Chrono package are standard, along with various carbon-fiber body parts and trim and an aero kit that includes a wing that will be the envy of the other dads.

His new toy also will be hand-finished in Stuttgart at the new Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur custom workshop, with badges announcing this inside and out. And while you can get other “select” colors for the 911, you should go for the gold with the exclusive Golden Yellow Metallic paint with black racing stripes, gold highlights on the 20-inch wheels and gold calipers for the available carbon-ceramic brakes.

The Goldfinger theme continues inside with Golden Yellow stitching all over, including a “Turbo S” stitched into each head restraint, as well as twin golden stripes in the 18-way adjustable leather sport seats and in the Alcantara headliner. There also is carbon-fiber interior trim and a plate with the car’s number among the 500.

For Dad to show that he’s in this exclusive club even when he’s not in the car, you could also get the matching watch, Porsche Design’s 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series Chronograph that has a carbon-fiber dial accented to match the color of the car. The U.S. price for the watch is still to be announced, but not so for the bespoke leather luggage with stitching and stripes that match the interior: The five-piece set is $6,324, and Dad can pick it up with the car if you opt for European delivery.

Not cheap — excessive even — but it sure would make for an over-the-top Father’s Day.
