The Lexus RC coupe’s 11th model year will be its last. Having debuted for 2015, the sleek two-door will be discontinued at the end of 2025. There are no major changes to the RC for its final year, but the full lineup remains available, meaning there’s a Lexus coupe for shoppers needing anywhere from 241 to 472 horsepower and with budgets ranging from just over $46,000 to $94,000 (all prices include $1,175 destination fee).

And while the RC F appears to have increased some $25,000 from 2024, the 2025 model is a single-spec Final Edition that includes the previously optional Carbon Package, which was $17,775 and includes cosmetic upgrades like BBS wheels and a carbon-fiber roof, plus luxury features such as heated and ventilated front seats and additional leather trim. The RC F Final Edition also gets a standard 17-speaker Mark Levinson sound system.

Powertrain Specs and MPG

What powers the RC 300 depends on the drivetrain configuration. Rear-wheel-drive versions of the entry-level coupe use a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 241 hp and 258 pounds-feet of torque; it is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel-drive RC 300s get a normally aspirated 260-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 that makes 236 pounds-feet and is paired with a six-speed automatic. Lexus says that with RWD, the RC 300 returns the same EPA-rated 21/31/25 mpg city/highway/combined as the 2024 model; the AWD RC 300 is rated at 19/26/22 mpg (official figures for the 2025 model are not yet available).

Both RWD and AWD RC 350s are powered by a normally aspirated 3.5-liter V-6 putting out 311 hp and 280 pounds-feet. As in the RC 300, rear-drive RC 350s use an eight-speed automatic, and AWD cars get a six-speed. The rear-drive coupe returns 20/28/23 mpg, while the AWD variant matches the lower-output RC 300’s 19/26/22 mpg.

Targeted at the segment’s defining sports coupe, the BMW M4, the RC F packs a normally aspirated 5.0-liter V-8 whipping up 472 hp and 395 pounds-feet; it’s mated to an eight-speed automatic. The RC F is only available with RWD and returns an 16/24/19 mpg.
