Milwaukee Bans Selling Cars on Street

Don’t tell that to lawmakers in Milwaukee. They’ve banned the selling of cars on public streets — yes, displaying a For Sale sign counts — and are towing cars that violate this new ordinance to keep these “eyesores” off the road.

That doesn’t make the people paying hundreds of dollars in violation charges to get their cars back feel any better. Paying $40 to get a permit to sell a car isn’t exactly chump change, either.
