In the category of least-surprising things on this week’s list of most-read reviews: The 2014 versions of the Toyota Highlander, Nissan Rogue and Jeep Cherokee are at Nos. 1, 2 and 3, respectively (right where they were last time); the roster overall is dominated by SUVs and crossovers; and the 2013 Toyota RAV4 refuses to fall off.
