Nissan plans a trio of concepts for the upcoming 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The Sport Sedan Concept will make its world debut at the show, followed by two concepts that recently bowed at the Tokyo Motor Show: the IDx Freeflow and IDx NISMO concepts.

Nissan released a teaser pic of the Sport Sedan Concept and says it “offers an advanced look at a future production sports sedan.” One thing is clear from the teaser pic: Its design is far bolder than any of the automaker’s current sedans.
