CARS.COM — Nissan has announced pricing for the 2018 Maxima sedan along with a few feature updates for the new model year.

Updates for 2018 are light. The flagship Maxima adds Android Auto (Apple CarPlay was added to the 2017 model) as standard equipment, two available rear USB charging ports, a new paint color (Carnelian Red) and added black accents to its dramatic front grille.

It will still be offered in five trim levels, each of which see a small price increase for 2018 (all prices included an $885 destination charge):

  • S: $33,905 ($410 increase from last year)
  • SV: $35,905 ($430)
  • SL: $38,325 ($350)
  • SR: $39,165 ($410)
  • Platinum: $41,575 ($650)

I’m an Android user, so the addition of Android Auto makes the 2018 Maxima my choice over last year’s model. The 2018 Maxima is on sale now.
