“The only thing I’ll miss is the auto-sensing wipers, but that’s a small sacrifice for this bold and beautiful car. You won’t be disappointed, and hopefully this will at least get you to take a test drive. I got the Limited for $24,100, so negotiate hard.
“I feel safer in this car than with the side curtain airbags, which the BMW lacked (in an ’05 model). With a nine-month old, safety is everything! My favorite features were the Sync music via Bluetooth from my phone, a very sleek interior (don’t care about the amount of “plastic”), and very user-friendly interface. This car feels as good off the line as my BMW, and delivers with the 198 horsepower engine. It’s a also a gorgeous car, and the total redesign from 2010 is great!
“It does need some improvements: a passenger-side power seat, one-touch power for all windows, one-touch power for the sunroof, auto-sensing wipers, a “sport mode” on the tiptronic shifter (you can only use manual and can’t just leave it in “S” for higher RPMs before changing gears). Otherwise, this is a very impressed ex-BMW owner!”
