Vehicles Affected: Approximately 184,244 model-year 2004-08 Suzuki Forenza vehicles and 2005-08 Suzuki Reno vehicles manufactured from Sept. 1, 2003, through July 30, 2008
The Problem: Too much heat generated by the headlamp could melt the headlamp switch or the daytime-running-light module, increasing the risk of fire and injury.
The Fix: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that the remedy for this issue is still under development.
