Toyota Prius c, Prius v Get Styling and Tech Updates for 2015

Toyota has unveiled restyled versions of its Prius c subcompact hatchback and Prius v wagon for the 2015 model year. The Prius v hits dealerships in December with a slightly lower starting price of $27,500, including the destination charge. Estimated gas mileage for the cars is unchanged at 53/46/50 mpg city/highway/combined for the Prius c and 44/40/42 mpg for the Prius v.

The 2015 Prius c has new LED headlights as part of the standard equipment list, but the car’s face is dominated by a new hexagon grille with available piano-black finish. It also gets LED taillights with integrated light pipes. New LED fog lights go on the upscale Four trim level.
Standard Prius c features include automatic climate control, a 3.5-inch color information screen, a multifunction steering wheel, remote keyless entry and a 6.1-inch touch-screen audio system with USB connectivity and Bluetooth streaming audio. Two and Three trim levels now offer two-tone fabric seats, and Three and Four trims include navigation and Toyota’s Entune App Suite, which lets you operate certain apps, like Pandora and Yelp, through the car’s controls when a smartphone is connected.
The Prius v sees similar changes. The new grille and front bumper make the wagon look angrier, and the car also gets available LED headlights; they’re included on the high-end Five trim level and also feature LED accent lighting. LED taillights, meanwhile, are standard.
Additional standard Prius v features include automatic climate control, a backup camera, digital instrumentation, push-button start, a cargo cover, and a 6.1-inch touch-screen audio system with USB connectivity and Bluetooth streaming audio. Three, Four and Five trim levels gain the Entune App Suite and navigation. Check out the gallery below.
