Volkswagen is planning on a new seven-passenger SUV for the end of 2016, and it’s likely that it will look a lot like the five-passenger Cross Coupe GTE concept that debuted today in Detroit. Although it has production-intent styling cues, it still has a few show-car-specific features, including the multimedia system’s gesture-based controls.
