Had a great experience at Steve White working with Alan

Had a great experience at Steve White working with Alan Foster in sales and Justin in finance to buy a 2023 used car with 23,000 miles and traded in a car I bought from SW 5 years ago. Same as 5 years ago, no dealer fee saved $600+. I feel like they treated me fairly and that is what I ask for. Gary Ford

I should have known this place was going to suck when we

I should have known this place was going to suck when we pull in and 4 salesman are playing xxxxxxxx on the side of the building. we were never greeted on the lots by a salesman and i had to walk/limp inside wearing a back brace to get a salesman! We got young man named Dalton and he was great. test drive the truck we like it. sit down for #s and they offer 3k less on my trade than any dealership around. The sales manager claims it was a “direct but figure” from everett chevrolet in hickory. i said well thats funny because they offered me 3k more. i said im willing to do 1k less since you dont have Doc fees. He then says “we have had this truck on our lot less than a week so we want more for it”’. I said ive not offered you any less than asking price for yours i want fair for mine. You are not going to “direct sell”’a 2024 duramax. you are trying to see if im dumb enough to take your offer so you can put it on your lot and try to make 7k off me when you sell it for retail. There is a reason the salesman were playing xxxxxxxx and not selling cars!!! Be sure to know what your vehicle is worth before dealing with these clowns

Steve White Motors in Newton, NC, appears to prioritize

Steve White Motors in Newton, NC, appears to prioritize financial gain over customer satisfaction or quality vehicle care. My experience included multiple visits for the same unresolved issue with my Jeep, each time incurring high charges, primarily for labor, without the problem being adequately fixed. The longer they kept vehicle the more new repairs developed and the higher the amount of repair costs went, reaching nearly $7k. When I raised my concerns with the service manager, who was reportedly the superior of the manager I was already dealing with, their response was highly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing my issues, they focused on irrelevant details such as providing a loaner vehicle, the mileage on my car, and the fact that I didn’t have an initial appointment scheduled—something that apparently delays service by several months. The loaner vehicle wasn’t even addressed until my third visit and was framed in a way that implied I should feel more grateful for what the establishment had done for me. My vehicle was kept for over two and a half months without resolution all while I was given conflicting information about delays due to parts on backorder or mechanics being backed up, and their “attempts” to get assistance for the repairs. Updates about my vehicle’s status were only provided when I actively and assertively reached out to them, never vice versa. Following the 2 and a half months and the indication of almost $7 in repairs (none of which had still been completed over all that time), I had my vehicle evaluated by another mechanic, who found none of the alleged issues claimed by Steve White Motors. This experience reflects a pattern of poor communication, questionable ethical practices, and inadequate service. Customers should not bear financial responsibility for a service provider’s failure to resolve the initial concerns. This situation raises serious concerns about the dealership’s integrity and customer care standards as this establishment. It would be a disservice for me to recommend this establishment to anyone at this time, as I believe it does not currently meet the standards or expectations that one might reasonably have for their car care services.

I've literally bought MILLIONs of $$$ worth of cars, from NEARLY all brands. So trust me, when I say I KNOW service departments and sales people. I've bought Lamborghinis, Ferrari, GTRs, Vipers, Hellcat variants, Porsches, Infiniti, Corvette, Jeeps, etc.. Too many to list.. Steve White sales team is EASY to work with, and the service department makes my life SOOOO easy, that I am willing to take all my Jeep/Dodge/Ram cars to them for all need services. I think people forget that dealerships are people too, treat them right, be respectful, build a relationship, and you will see what I see.... Steve White Motors IS that good. Now I just need dodge to build more cars I want to buy... this EV shift is killing me!

I bring all of my vehicle to Steve White to be service

I bring all of my vehicle to Steve White to be service and have never had anything but exceptional service, even on my 30+ year old vehicle and vehicle not a part of the brands they service. Everyone in the service department always goes out of their way to be helpful and help me make informed decisions about my vehicles.

I've been buying New cars from them since 2016: 2016 Ram,

I've been buying New cars from them since 2016: 2016 Ram, 2018 Demon, 2021 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Challenger Redeye and 2023 Demon170 and time after time, they consistently show me that they value my business and why I shouldn't go anywhere else. Up front pricing, easy to deal with staff, even the leadership team is happy to field my questions/calls. They dont pad the purchases with trumped up fees (zero doc fee), and they genuinely care about their customers. I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!
