Communication was lacking with NO ALL FIXES

I originally took in my 2012 Chrysler 200 S convertible on 03/26/22 to Steve White Motors for repairs because that is where I bought it at. The write up tech Clay didn't even have my appointment in for it. But his boss Luke V knew I was coming to get my dash cluster replaced for free (of which they NEVER called me) by several emails. He told me that the repairs would come out of my pocket of which I knew that. I did tell them to take your time on repairs on thinking they would call me BUT after 2 weeks with NO response to 6 phone calls and several emails later Clay called me. He ONLY called me once about my car. They haven't even started on my car yet. Clay stated they didn't have enough staff to work on my car, parts were delayed or Covid-19 issues. He could have told me this up front and I would NOT have done any business with them. Then after 2 months and 26 phone calls with NO ANSWER (being on hold every time after they would connect me to the service dept) and 20+ emails I picked up my car on 05/21/22. Clay had sent me an invoice on work that was completed, I replied back stating that when I come in there are questions that needed answered. Clay knew I was coming in for a few days. When I got there, he was not in and the ONLY write up tech Brooke could NOT answer any of my questions. I was very upset on this. I could NOT get any answers BUT they wanted my monies for what repairs they did do (Blower for heat and A/C, Master door lock and supposed hooking a connection back up to use open/close my top). They charged me fees that were NOT on it stated in an email sent by Clay. Items that were not fixed or they refused to fix them were (Driver's Seat cushion to frame, Driver's door glass track, Top liner on the inside and dash insulation coming out at windshield). They told me to take my car to a body shop or upholstery shop. But they did look at the Driver's seat and Top liner a year earlier of which "It was adjusted" not fixed. When I left the supposed new "Gauge Cluster" had 79,499 miles on it. I went back in to complain again to Brooke with another "I don't know" answer. I was NEVER told that the gauge cluster would have 4,000 miles less on it after I took it in. Maybe that took the mileage from the original "Gauge Cluster" when they sold me the car? What if I have 100,000+ on it before?? Would it show up on Carfax when I trade or sell it out right because the gauge cluster was replaced?? NOBODY knows. Telling me by Luke V that I would have to pay for the other items and then NOT fix them is a slap in my face. I bought 2 cars from this dealership used and new (2021 Chrysler 300 S). And this is how they treat their customers. My car was even covered with thick dirt bird poop etc. and never put it through their car wash. Avoid them.

I live in Denver and purchased a used 2019 Jeep JLU. I loved the fact that there were no hidden costs and no charge for shipping the vehicle. The service, communication and professionalism was, however, severely lacking. Mike did not communicate to me at any time, it was always me having to call to follow up - where is the Jeep (2 days late on shipping), where is the paperwork and title (sitting on his desk/forgot to send it), where is the check(he collected way too much in taxes and Colorado wouldn't take the check). Almost every email was ignored. I finally had to start dealing with Tim. Mike made things way more stressful than they should have been...

I had a wonderful buying experience here. I drove from out of state to pick up my truck. Manager, Don Hilton was attentive and communicative throughout the process and made the transaction at the dealership simple and fast. The vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises upon arrival. Having driven from hours away that was very nice.

CHARGED FOR WORK NOT NEEDED!!

Brought my tuck in with Engine light on and dash gages reading service DEF System. They changed my two fuel filters and said it was ready. Went to pick it up and the light was still on and the gages were still reading system service needed. Left truck again and got a call that it didn't need the fuel filters changed at all, What was actually wrong was that it needed a very expensive sensor and a totally different type of filter as to what they had already installed and charged me for. Not very professional or thorough diagnostics in my opinion I will not be returning if this is the way they conduct business. All I recieved from them was I am sorry and I apologies. This was a very expensive mistake on their part that cost ME money not them.

Excellent and patient salesman

Rick Poteat was my salesman and he did an excellent job answering my questions concerning all the features of the jeeps I test drove. I didn’t go to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a Jeep that day but he worked so hard on price and on my trade ins that the next day my husband and I signed the papers and I left with a beautiful Jeep. It has been my dream to have a Jeep Wrangler and he worked all day to make it possible. The only negatives had nothing to do with Rick. The cubicles are such that you can not have a conversation with your dealer without hearing the dealer next to you talking to their customer. At one point the cubicle next to us was so loud we could not talk without speaking louder. I would recommend Rick Poteat as a salesman to anyone. But I did call back to discuss my loan after finding out I could get a lower interest rate and I spoke to a gentleman named “Bush” and he was not very pleased that I wanted to change lenders and made this known to me. But this doesn’t change my opinion of Rick or Steve White. One negative does not undo all the positive I experienced.

After lake Norman let me down after buying seven automobiles turned to Brooke she got my truck repaired .i am a disabled vet and needed transportation to and from va will look to this dealership for all future dealings have driven Chrysler products last fifty years
