My wife and I abhor the process of dealing with car salespeople. From the moment we drove into the dealership the 'feel' was instantly different. Our... first encounter was with Mario (not even a salesperson). He told us the salesman we were to meet was delivering another car for a customer, so it would be a while before we met him. He then very kindly ushered us to the car of our interest and simply said, "Please, have a seat in the car, enjoy it and I'll try to answer any questions you may have." No pressure, no worries. Next in line was Paul (our salesperson, Blake was still not available yet), a salesperson. He also was very attentive and retrieved the key and took me for a test drive. Again, no pressure....just helpful, helpful, helpful. Finally, we met Blake and the process continued be be nothing but exceptional in every respect. We did not expect to buy the car that day however, the process (and of course the exquisite car) was so comfortable, natural and easy, we bought our V12s. Sales staff is very good. Interactions with Ed Bolian and others was professional. However, when purchasing a high end car (e.g. McLaren MP4-12C), certain... service elements should be aligned. Motor Cars of Goergia placed high end car purchasers in Smart Cars covered with their advertisements. I discussed with them that a dealership selling cars of this caliber must align service in a fashion that respects the car makers they represent, the clients, and the staff who work hard to develop professional relationships. They responded to my concerns by telling me that they are changing this policy. I believe that this will be a productive change and look forward to the implementation of this policy. This sort of responsiveness to clients is very encouraging in that it displays important attention to core values for the staff that propels the company forward and to their clients.

A dealership selling cars of this caliber must align service in a fashion that respects the car makers they represent. I miss the service that Jim Ellis Porsche provides. Their client service and respect for their cars is outstanding. I would recommend Motor Cars of Georgia only if they remedy their Client Services such that clients are placed in reasonable and clean vehicles aligned with the level of client investment in their cars. To date, I have had no repair experience with MCG.

In the last five months I purchased two vehicles from this dealership. The overall approach they take in ensuring that the customer feels 'comfortable'... with the purchase is absolutely amazing. I was very much influenced by the personnel trying to learn about my lifestyle and interests. Their knowledge of their product lines and options was very helpful in me getting not one but two amazing cars from them. My purchase turned into a real tangible relationship with them and I will continue to do more business with them.
I went to the dealership to look at and possibly purchase a used BMW M3. Ed Bolian was my salesman and he treated me very well and was very knowledgeable... about the car. I was afraid when going there that I would not be treated very well because my car purchase was "cheap" compared to the other higher end cars they sell and the high end clients that come in. To my surprise, I felt like I was treated like I was a high end buyer. Hopefully one day I can afford one of their nicer cars and when I can, I will definitely go back to Motorcars of Georgia.
