    After two months on the range rover the car is being with the dealer already five times costumer service he’s very very bad no contact with clients not... know what prep in the car not know how fixed with the car and lying do something to you for your own responsibilityNot recommend that ever this car and this customer service from Ranchie Rover USA

    I bought a brand new Range Rover for over $100k in August 2018 and it has been in the shop 5 times since then. They told me something is definitely wrong... with it but when they turned the paperwork in to the UK the story changed and they just said there is nothing they can do. I’m a mom with young children and they want to keep me in a dangerous car that suddenly just stops even on the highway. The service dept treats you like crap unless you look the part. I can spend the money but they are rude and never do what they say. I’ve had several high end cars but this is my first Range Rover and it has been the worst experience I’ve EVER had with an automobile. Don’t waste your money unless you just like throwing it away and definitely don’t buy from Range Rover N Scottsdale.

    Buying process was the best, and least confrontational, I’ve ever had, buying a new car. I got a great deal. Unfortunately, the brand new car they sold... me had a rip, underneath the driver side, leather arm rest, that I noticed 40 minutes after I drove off the lot. The repair is pending. Salesman was very nice and helpful. But after I cut the check, and the transaction was closed, it was very difficult to get my phone calls returned, concerning the ripped leather that I discovered, in my brand new car. After leaving my 3rd message(with a sense of urgency), on the 4th day, after purchasing my car, the salesman finally returned my phone call saying JD in the service department had called to order the part, to replace the torn leather armrest in my vehicle. Rest assured, he will call me later that day, when he finalizes the details. No freakin phone call again, from anyone. The next day, I had to accept that I was dealing with a flake. I had to find somebody that could help me. I remembered that he mentioned JD from the service department. I proactively called JD from the service department, who had no clue about the damage in my brand new car. He said the salesman mentioned something to him, but he did not really understand what he was saying. Mind you, I was under the impression this whole time, that this process was under way. That my brand new car, that I just paid $52,000 cash for, was finally gonna have this ripped leather repaired. If I hadn’t tracked down JD myself, there would be nothing happening right now. Thank God, JD is professional enough, to return phone calls. The arm rest, in my brand new car, is going to be repaired, not replaced. JD assures me that it will look like new again. I’ll have to wait and see. I started out having the best experience, purchasing my car @ Land Rover North Scottsdale. Then, it went downhill from there, after they got my check. Hopefully, I can get my brand new car repaired, and restored to where it should be.
