Mickey Mouse outfit.
Mickey Mouse outfit.Unprofessional. Took my car in for an oil change , now it leaks oil and so called certified mechanic forgot to put valve cover shield plate bolts back on. Cannot recommend this place. Go somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced.

"Mr. Trujillo, I do apologize for your concerns on your 2011 BMW with over 179,000 miles on it. We have performed basic maintenance on your car one time. We then performed a complimentary diagnosis after performing complimentary pickup and delivery when you claimed the vehicle began leaking oil after we performed that oil change. During that diagnosis, we found the vehicle leaking oil from multiple locations, none of which were affected by the oil change. Given that we are not a BMW dealership and do not have the special tools needed to repair your vehicle, we recommended taking the vehicle to a BMW service facility. I also want to reiterate, from our conversation on 10/7/2024 in our shop, that we are more than willing to replace the screws on the engine beauty cover if you'll give us the opportunity to do so. However, during our last conversation, you indicated that you would have another repair facily assist with the replacement screws. Please let me know if you need any further assistance." I just bought a 1500 Sierra Denali 2019 model and I get many compliments. I bought a 2017 Yukon Denali as our family car.

I brought my truck in for its first service and a wash
I brought my truck in for its first service and a wash just the outside or what the servicemen said I needed. I ask was there a charge they didn’t know so I ask for them to check and call me if there was and I would tell them yes or no. I also shared the fact that the truck was not cleaned when I picked up the truck from purchase. Don’t mind paying for service as long as I know how much ahead of time. Left the truck 8:30 Thursday morning and to return late that afternoon. Well I came up your drive at a little after five and much to my total surprise the truck was still as I had left it, and believe me it was a surprise. I could not believe I had been just blown off, and yes the engine service was performed, I think I wondered that now, and they were to rotate the tires as well, I can assure you the techs can not move all four tires and not disturbed any dirt. The service men I spoke to when I went in to get the keys and yes all I wanted was to leave your establishment, Much faster than I arrived, I really thought Everett was a different place, one that new what a new customer was worth to a business and how to keep them coming back. I wanted to let you know not to gain anything but maybe help for the next person that walks through your doors! Good luck as I know handling employees is a full time job!
