I have been going to this dealership for sales and

I have been going to this dealership for sales and services for over 5 years. It has been wonderful but this last visit it was horrific on the service I received when I brought my car in for new brakes, windshield, and others. The service Advisor Megan was nice but did not do her job in getting my car fixed fixed or communicating to me. My car was with service for almost a month. Why and how long it would take as not communicated and it was so difficult to get a hold of her and anyone in services to know where and what my car is being serviced for specifically. I will not take my car back there and only because Tommy the Service Advisor stepped in the matter was taken care of best as possible. I lost trust in this dealership first time in my life I didn’t get a receipt of work performed when I picked up my car.

Excellent Experience at Land Rover Woodland Hills I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover Woodland Hills, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle and ensured I had a thorough test drive. One of the highlights was securing a special interest rate currently offered by Land Rover, which came with some terms and conditions that were very reasonable. I was also able to trade in my old vehicle, and the offer I received was better than I had anticipated. To top it all off, they gifted me a car cleaning kit—a thoughtful touch that added to an already great experience. I highly recommend Land Rover Woodland Hills to anyone looking for a premium car-buying experience.

I enjoy this dealership but I do think the service

I enjoy this dealership but I do think the service advisors do need to be more informed and actually sit in the car as well. I’ve been lied to at this dealership and the service department is not the most helpful.

I purchased a “Certified” used 2025 Mercedes GLK350

I purchased a “Certified” used 2025 Mercedes GLK350 there. Literally, the next day, the engine light came on intermittently. I brought it in and the service Dept. said they found no problem. I then requested Autonation Mobile Service and the technician ran the computer diagnostics. He found the batteries was very weak and they were the original batteries. Autonation refused the claim to replace the batteries. This was only less than 2 weeks and after the Dealer’sservice dept. “failed” to detect the issue. To make a long story short, I spent $750 to replace the primary and the auxiliary batteries.
