I purchased a “Certified” used 2025 Mercedes GLK350

I purchased a “Certified” used 2025 Mercedes GLK350 there. Literally, the next day, the engine light came on intermittently. I brought it in and the service Dept. said they found no problem. I then requested Autonation Mobile Service and the technician ran the computer diagnostics. He found the batteries was very weak and they were the original batteries. Autonation refused the claim to replace the batteries. This was only less than 2 weeks and after the Dealer’sservice dept. “failed” to detect the issue. To make a long story short, I spent $750 to replace the primary and the auxiliary batteries.

Great dealership!

I am a huge fan of Jaguar Woodland Hills. I am on my fourth Jaguar XF and they take such great care of my car, while treating me like family. The most important aspect of any business is the customer service they provide, and in this area, they are as good as it gets. Specifically, my service representative is Justin Brill, and in my 12 years of leasing Jaguars, he is by far my favorite person, and many others are terrific. Justin treats me like family, always patiently listens to my concerns, updates me regularly about the status of my car, and makes sure I always leave with a big smile. As someone who works in the service industry, I am very sensitive to this part of a business. This is how I can see that Justin is not just great but extraordinary. Thank you Justin for care and kindness, and for making me a Jaguar customer for life.

This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!
