Cannot not say enough about Mark Gabardi and Selig Auto in West Allis - made by buying experience super easy and delivered everything he promised. My family will be purchasing more cars from Selig for sure.

First impression should never be the only impression. Thought everything was accommodating but found out after sale Mark did not honor a 60 month loan,gave me a 63 month to put me over the price I was looking for spending. Also, didn't properly process the form to correct something on there that was incorrectly listed, after assuring me he would at the sale. I had to fix that with the DMV. Mark was too focused on his wife's birthday then as he remarked about it and avoided corrections as a result. I had the belief and understanding I had a five-year loan not 5 year and 3 months, making my payment more with interest added those three months. Do not use him as a Salesman ,very inattentive to his paperwork. Can make you jump through hoops to get it resolved by other means. I'm stuck with the extra three months and added interest for those. I will not deal with him again that's for certain. Giving a heads up as he gives you a song and dance at your expense.

Mark and Rich were Great. Helped my wife and I trade in two cars for 1 truck, they had the best price, they were very friendly, they genuinely wanted to get to know us, and were easy to converse with. They were honest and upfront about pricing, and the vehicle was in great shape! We were in and out in less than 3 hours, very fast with all the paperwork! By far the best experience my wife and i have ever had purchasing a car!
