We had seen our vehicle online. Nez walked us through the purchase process. We drove from Iowa to Ohio to trade our 2014 X3 and purchase a 2020 X5. ... We were able to get a good value for our trade in by exchanging photos of the vehicle. Nez had all of the paperwork ready when we arrived in the morning. Everything went smoothly. Ian did a great good getting us familiar with our new vehicle. We drove 10 hrs to the dealer and the next day 10 hrs back in the new X5. It was worth the trip. Very good experience.
