I recently bought a CPO vehicle from them and Lex was amazing, we came as they were almost about to close but he didn’t rush us and ending up leaving with... the car of my dreams!! he spoke Spanish and was able to communicate with my father. Was a great experience for buying my first vehicle at a dealership
I visited Lexus Westminster on Sunday. 11/24/19 in AM. Dimitri Goren the Sales Rep greeted me and I let him know exactly what I have budgeted and looking... for, so both of our time is not wasted. I let him know I'm driving from Irvine to Santa Monica Lexus to lease a vehicle that we have come to an agreement with already, however, I noticed the same vehicle locally here at Lexus of Westminster. I carefully explained and detailed to Dimitri that I have a deal with my budgeted price, payment and interest rate program. If they can match it, then it will save me a drive to SM and if not, that's fine and to just let me know so I can get back on the road to SM. I needed to be back to Irvine by a certain time for another appointment, so my time was limited. Dimitri said ok let me check with a Manager, Gary Twombley. He came back and said yes, we can do EXACTLY what you asked for just put down the first payment of $600 which I agreed to. I asked 6 TIMES if I can see it in writing and he assured me they can do the deal. He came back with a credit app and told me to fill it out so we can finalize the deal. I asked him once again that everything is the same as the current deal given which I showed him and he stated once again YES. Upon that verbal agreement and clear understanding, I filled out the credit app and they came back and said everything’s great. After reviewing it, the price we agreed upon was thousands more and I told this is incorrect, please go back and adjust this to the number you PROMISED and CONFIRMED with me. He went back and said sorry these are the numbers. I was in disbelief and shock of what just happened. This is blatant BAIT AND SWITCH sales tactics and nothing shy of LYING to the customer. This is an obvious case of horrible business practices after they already ran my credit and wasted more than 2 hours of my time causing me to miss my window to drive to SM. Dimitri had his head down and Gary just looked cold with no remorse and unapologetic.

They dress to impress and are great actors pretending to smile and please, they will tell you what you want to hear then change it in the actual contract.... After purchasing a vehicle from them and realizing how much damage they caused behind my back in the contract I would have much rather bought from a low end used car lot. They pull fast ones on you with quick sales tactics and not have one care when you're stuck paying for something you did not agree to. Get EVERYTHING in writing and be wary if you do business with this dealership, the manager D*ug is extremely rude and aggressive and stands for his employees downright misinformation and takes no responsibility.
I know my car will be properly serviced when I bring it to Lexus of Westminster. I trust the expertise of the mechanics. Tiffany is always great at keeping... me informed on what adjustments are required and considerate of what costs I can afford. I hope to be able to buy a new car next year and because of the care my car recieves here and the freindly staff I definitley want to purchase another Lexus.
My issues were handled professionally and thoroughly. Tiffany kept me updated on the progress of my service. I was most pleased with the experience.
It was a low-pressure environment. The salesman, Gary, was friendly and relaxed and he negotiated the terms of my deal transparently. I never felt like... he was pushing something on me that I didn't want. Excellent sales experience.
Tiffany provides excellent no pressure customer service. She communicates the problems and solutions very well. I enjoy not having to come back for the... same problem like I do at other locations. Go in once and it's all fixed.. just like they promised.
Professional to the max. I was assisted immediately when I walked into the dealership. I was trying to decide on to lease another Lexus or buy the one... I had. They made the decision for me by explaining all of my options. Kenji followed up immediately in finding another car for me and in two days I was in a new Lexus ES 350 2015.
Everyone very helpful, friendly and professional. Service was performed in a very timely manner. Facility is beautiful and well stocked for shopping,... makes the waiting time go by quickly.
