This is the worst customer service I’ve received from a

This is the worst customer service I’ve received from a dealership where I’ve walked in and bought a vehicle. The salesperson repeatedly told us incorrect information about the cars he was selling. I had to correct him multiple times. Then comes the theft. We accidentally left our radar detector in the vehicle we traded in. We called the salesperson immediately when we noticed, and he said we would keep it aside since they were closing and it was a Saturday. When I went in on Monday, he said he didn't have it and got very aggressive when we asked more questions. He said it wasn't his job to retrieve items, even though he said he would keep it aside. If he said no initially, I would have turned back and gotten the radar so much for having faith in Humanity. I've called the dealership 15 times to speak with a manager and either get hung up or sent to voicemail. After they sell you a car, you shouldn't expect much from this dealership. I hope Sugar Land PD will be able to assist.

I came in to purchase a Vehicle.

I came in to purchase a Vehicle. The Dealership is Nice and Very Clean. Pete Sanchez was my Sales Person and he's very Professional. My time was respected and he made the transaction so smooth than expected. The conversations with him was very interesting and he's very knowledgeable about the Car i wanted. I can't recommend him enough. Couple of Vehicles was purchased thru him. Thanks Pete.

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland was

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland was extremely disappointing. End of November, I had found a car on their website that I was excited about and drove an hour to see it. However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that the car had some issues, including damage to the front bumper and steering wheel. Although the sales representative acted surprised, it was clear to me that these issues were not disclosed upfront in their posting; but, they offered to fix them right away if I wanted to go through with the purchase. So I chose to purchase, and was driving it fixed up by mid-December. To make matters more concerning, when I then tried to list the car on Turo, I discovered that it had an open recall. This was surprising because I specifically asked the sales representative about any alarming information in the car's history report, and was assured that it was clean. When I raised my concerns with the sales representative and later with the sales manager, James, I was met with a dismissive response. They claimed that since I bought the car "as is," I was responsible for any issues. Despite their initial promise to address the recall by January, it still remains unresolved. When I returned to the dealership this last weekend, James, the sales manager, only offered me trade-in value for the car. This left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability at Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland. Their actions have resulted in unexpected financial burdens and less money for my family. It is disheartening to think that the sales representative and sales manager are seemingly unaffected by the negative impact they have had on customers. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others considering doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland. It is important to thoroughly inspect any vehicle and ensure complete transparency before making a purchase. I’ve also learned that I cannot trust anyone at a car dealership.

This is an unfortunate situation and our intentions were never to be associated with any personal inconvenience. The recall was disclosed prior to your purchase, but we were not aware of your desire to place the vehicle on Turo and what their requirements are to do so. Lenders also have restrictions about listing vehicles on sites such as Turo so be sure to review the paperwork on that as well. For the recall itself, Mercedes-Benz USA dictates the timeline for those updates. We were informed that the recall for your vehicle has been moved to February 16th. Thank you for your understanding.

I bought a 2020 Mercedes from Sugar Land Mercedes

I bought a 2020 Mercedes from Sugar Land Mercedes recently. After a few days of purchase I discovered a scratch at the front grill. I took the vehicle back to the dealership. With a brief explanation from me, the New Car Sales Manager Mr. Howard Rich took me to the Pre-owned Sales Manager Mr. James Goodman. Mr. Goodman ensured that the vehicle was fixed while I was given a loaner car. They were very helpful and I am thankful.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by David Di, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process to me and kept me informed throughout the service. I appreciated how transparent he was with me about the pricing and timeline, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to get my car serviced here. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my car to be serviced. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven Ho, one of the sales representatives. Steven was extremely knowledgeable about the various models of Mercedes Benz cars and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient, professional, and not at all pushy, which I appreciated. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and showed me a few different cars that fit my criteria. I was impressed with the variety of cars they had on the lot and the attention to detail in their showroom. Steven's level of expertise and customer service were top-notch, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process.
