Called to get a quote for repair, transfered to the

Called to get a quote for repair, transfered to the service department, put on hold for 21 min before i decided to call back, then they hang up on me, so i call back, they transfer me again and after waiting another 4 1/2 minute i give up. 2 minutes later someone from the service department calls me back and starts talking about something totally differen and when he realises the called the wrong person ythey hang up on me again. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTHY OF A LUXURY BRAND. WOW

Very unprofessional service!

Very unprofessional service! As a good customer called took appointment, walked in picked the car, gave the offer finish the documents, purchased the insurance and waiting for the keys when salesman inform that finance team need more time to evaluate the profile. Next day they asked for more documentation then immigration. All sent all positive and verbally approved and asked to come in 1 hour to pick the car. 2 hours later I called as i was waiting and standby. In response they said tomorrow morning it will be ready. Kept following up for 5 days and no response. Today got call that lease rejected with no reason. Screwed my credit, paid for insurance which i have to pay the first month regardless and no explanation by Mercedes team. Super disappointed and frustrated. Never coming back to this branch who doesn’t have basics of customer service.

I started by calling the dealership before making a two

I started by calling the dealership before making a two hour trip. I spoke with someone by the name of Willie antonio. I told him about trading in a car. He gave me an amount for the value of $5000. I said no thanks he then asked how much. I said $10000 he told me “wow better off selling it.” He Didn’t explain anything to me or work with me. So we left it at that. Then I got a call for my experience. I spoke with Daniella who was very helpful. She explained to me where he got the numbers from and if I was able to sell the car. Which I was and I told her yes. I was able to sell it out right and if I go back. I would want someone else to help me. So I made the trip and had someone else come out. I don’t think of his name. But he started off nice and when he pulled out the car for me to test drive. The battery was dead. He then said he would charge it and change it and mind you. This was a pre owned car they had. A Honda pilot. So idk where he was going to get a new battery. If that was the issue. So he took around back. Told me he charged and changed it. He brought it back around. Then when it turned on. It made a noise coming from the motor. I said what is that. He said it was because it is a V6. Then his demeanor changed. So we left. Told him no thanks. Too many red flags for me.

Bought a used Mercedes amg gtc.

Bought a used Mercedes amg gtc. My salesperson was Juan Lozano. I am from California and bought it out of State. Multiples times I asked Juan for record maintenance that this dealership did to the car (per Juan). He said that he will email it to me or put it in the car when it is shipped. Videos were quickly taken, when I asked him any paint chip or dent? No nothing. When I received the car, no maintenance records and no owner manual and quite of few paint chip. I call him back about the manuals, he said that he will take care of it and talk to his manager (every car should come with owner manual). It has been 45 days nothing, Juan is not responding to my texts and calls anymore. He doesn't care, he made his sale. I would strongly recommend to not buy from this dealership specially if you are from out of State.

This is the worst customer service I’ve received from a

This is the worst customer service I’ve received from a dealership where I’ve walked in and bought a vehicle. The salesperson repeatedly told us incorrect information about the cars he was selling. I had to correct him multiple times. Then comes the theft. We accidentally left our radar detector in the vehicle we traded in. We called the salesperson immediately when we noticed, and he said we would keep it aside since they were closing and it was a Saturday. When I went in on Monday, he said he didn't have it and got very aggressive when we asked more questions. He said it wasn't his job to retrieve items, even though he said he would keep it aside. If he said no initially, I would have turned back and gotten the radar so much for having faith in Humanity. I've called the dealership 15 times to speak with a manager and either get hung up or sent to voicemail. After they sell you a car, you shouldn't expect much from this dealership. I hope Sugar Land PD will be able to assist.
