This dealership deserves ZERO stars!!!! This is the worst dealership experience ever!!! The customer service sucks! Management does not even respond nor properly address any issues. There is an overall nonchalant careless attitude! The salesman lied about the value of our trade-in just to make a sale. The salesman told us where they would list our vehicle and completed lie to us to devalue our trade by $10,000 just to make a sale! We only had the new vehicle two weeks now and only put 290 miles on it and literally just tried to trade it back, and the pre-owned car manager just devalued the new car by another $17,000!!!! That is a total of $27,000 they got from us!!! Work with OTHER Benz dealerships in the Houston area before this one!!! BENZ OF SUGAR LAND DOES NOT CARE ANY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NOR CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THE SALE!!!

Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land deserves ZERO stars!!!! This is the worst dealership experience ever!!! The customer service sucks! Management does not even respond nor properly address any issues. There is an overall nonchalant careless attitude! On May 16, 2025, we visited the dealership to possibly trade-in our G-Wagon. The salesman lied about the value of our 2025 G550 Brilliant Blue G-Wagon trade-in just to make a sale. The salesman told us where they would list our vehicle in the $150,000's (in essence means $159,999.99 max) but completely lied to us. We were given a trade-in of $152K, so this means they would list it for up to $159,999, but it is listed online at to sell at $169,999. This means the salesman devalued our trade by $10,000 to LURE use into the deal just to make him a sale! This was brought to the attention of management up to the owner of the dealership but still NO resolution. On June 2, 2025, the new 2025 GLE AMG 53 vehicle that we purchased, about two weeks now, with only 290 miles on it, we had a scheduled appointment to visit the dealership and tried to trade the GLE back, and the pre-owned car manager devalued the new GLE car by another $16,833 less than payoff! This is completely greed and now another $16,833 they attempted to get from us! This totals $26,833 and the pre-owned sales manager only offered $5,000 which is completely ridiculous! This was brought to the attention of upper management, also emailed to the generic email address they will tell you to email your complaints to, and I emailed what I imagine is the email address of the owner of the dealership, but NO resolution has taken place whatsoever! The only response made was to my Better Business Bureau complaint where I noticed they have a D- rating. And the responses they made to my complaint were lies made by the person who responded and they took no ownership nor accountability whatsoever regarding the original deal we were falsely lured into by their employee, the salesman. I can say from my experience with them, it has been proven to date that... MERCEDES-BENZ OF SUGAR LAND DOES NOT CARE ANY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NOR CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THE SALE ONLY REVENUE GENERATION!!! I was onsite and part of the deal with my wife to witness all the lies firsthand by the salesman. Don't just take my word, read all the other reviews on Mercedes-Benz Sugar Land online, most of them are negative. I suggest taking your business to other Houston Area Mercedes-Benz dealerships who cares about the customer, attempts to resolve issues that arise, and who looks to build relationships with new customers, not take advantage of them with lies to make a dollar!

Called to get a quote for repair, transfered to the service department, put on hold for 21 min before i decided to call back, then they hang up on me, so i call back, they transfer me again and after waiting another 4 1/2 minute i give up. 2 minutes later someone from the service department calls me back and starts talking about something totally differen and when he realises the called the wrong person ythey hang up on me again. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTHY OF A LUXURY BRAND. WOW

Very unprofessional service! As a good customer called took appointment, walked in picked the car, gave the offer finish the documents, purchased the insurance and waiting for the keys when salesman inform that finance team need more time to evaluate the profile. Next day they asked for more documentation then immigration. All sent all positive and verbally approved and asked to come in 1 hour to pick the car. 2 hours later I called as i was waiting and standby. In response they said tomorrow morning it will be ready. Kept following up for 5 days and no response. Today got call that lease rejected with no reason. Screwed my credit, paid for insurance which i have to pay the first month regardless and no explanation by Mercedes team. Super disappointed and frustrated. Never coming back to this branch who doesn’t have basics of customer service.

I started by calling the dealership before making a two
I started by calling the dealership before making a two hour trip. I spoke with someone by the name of Willie antonio. I told him about trading in a car. He gave me an amount for the value of $5000. I said no thanks he then asked how much. I said $10000 he told me “wow better off selling it.” He Didn’t explain anything to me or work with me. So we left it at that. Then I got a call for my experience. I spoke with Daniella who was very helpful. She explained to me where he got the numbers from and if I was able to sell the car. Which I was and I told her yes. I was able to sell it out right and if I go back. I would want someone else to help me. So I made the trip and had someone else come out. I don’t think of his name. But he started off nice and when he pulled out the car for me to test drive. The battery was dead. He then said he would charge it and change it and mind you. This was a pre owned car they had. A Honda pilot. So idk where he was going to get a new battery. If that was the issue. So he took around back. Told me he charged and changed it. He brought it back around. Then when it turned on. It made a noise coming from the motor. I said what is that. He said it was because it is a V6. Then his demeanor changed. So we left. Told him no thanks. Too many red flags for me.
