I have bought 3 vehicles and found Franklin Ford stands behind their warranty. Friendly service department with management & staff who are very knowledgeable. Sales crew members are patient, not pushy.

Bought my first F-150 here at Franklin Ford; returned

Bought my first F-150 here at Franklin Ford; returned numerous times over the years for tires, all maintenance, etc. When time to replace with a new truck, I found the one I wanted at another dealer in another town further away. 6 months later I had a problem with right rear window would not roll up so I called Franklin Ford, being closer, to see if they could help me. They said bring it in and we'll look at it and see if we can fix it. Since it was about to rain and I was leaving in 1 day for a trip out west I was in a hurry to at least get the window up; in fact, it the door window motor was running constantly trying to roll down. Got there, they looked at it for about 1 minute and said they weren't going to do anything, didn't have the time. When I said I didn't care about fixing it, just get the window up because of the rain and my trip, they refused and said, in a very rude obnoxious manner, "that you should have taken it where you bought it"; so basically they said "F*xx you, you didn't buy it here". I will NEVER go to Franklin Ford again for any reason NOR will I recommend them to anyone. On another note, I took it to a local small body shop later that day where they stopped what they were working on, took the door panel off, disconnected the window motor and manually got the window up to be fixed at a later date. When they removed the door panel the window motor was too hot to touch; had it been left constantly running, it very likely would have caused further damage, even caught fire. No thanks to Franklin Ford.

Service department (Lovanda/John) provided outstanding service in getting my 2019 F150 cam phasers replaced in record time. I was kept updated on the status, service tech worked on Saturday to complete the work and recognize my truck needed brake routers turned and gave me a fair price for the work, and I’m planning to return to Franklin Ford for my service work.

I was looking for a rental decided to look on used

I was looking for a rental decided to look on used inventory and found my dream car it was a 2021 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4x4. It is loaded. With David help I was able to bring it home. I have bought from Franklin Ford but it had been years. Ed was also helpful working out the details.

NIGHTMARE!

NIGHTMARE!!! Bait & switch deal on price not brought to our attention until 3 months after transaction. Sold us a car that has water leaks now mold & mildew issue. Told we signed a "as is" disclosure however the Car Fax sheet didn't disclose leak or mildew issues.

Don't go there! Bait switch, bad service, con men!!!! Be warned. Sold me a 19k. Ford Escape Titanium SUV that had cracked windshield and leak in the luggage rack on the roof, bad radio & navigation system. Didn't stand behind sale. Instead kept the vehicle for over 3 weeks to do nothing to fix leak. GIVING US RUN AROUND... WE ARE SENIORS!! BE WARNARNED!!!! BAD DEALERSHIP

The salespeople do not LISTEN to what the customer wants. They do not know their products. They show you a car and they have no idea what year it is, is it a four wheel drive, what kind of navigation it has, how many miles, if it has been in an accident. Plus they must not believe their product is worth selling. They cannot tell you what is good about a car or why it is worth spending more money like great ratings, smooth drive, good gas mileage. The only thing they care about selling you is their warranty plan. I cannot recommend buying from them. They did not do me right and wish i had read these reviews because they ring true from my experience.

Went to trade my 2021 with another dealership.

Went to trade my 2021 with another dealership. Found out they sold me a warranty that cost me $4,000! Instead of making payments on my car I was making payments on a xxxx warranty! So I was under water on my car because that was paid off first. This is a racket and will cost you dearly when you go to trade. Do not deal with this place they will scam you. They tried to tell me I needed $5,000 worth of work and said my car has been in an accident. Also that my warranty had been voided. Took it to another dealer and they said it was just fine. So I ordered a brand new van from them and it came in today. Hence why I found out about the warranty ordeal. Watch out and do not deal with this particular Ford dealer they are shady!

We were going to buy a vehicle from here, completed all the paper work and on the day we were to purchase it Billy Beil sold it to another party. I advise anyone to go elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential customers I would hate to see how they treat an actual customer.

Not happy with how they handled a recall issue.

Not happy with how they handled a recall issue. Bought new and had back to dealership twice with no satisfaction then a recall and no parts for months. In repair with no back up for about 6 months
