I have bought 3 vehicles and found Franklin Ford stands behind their warranty. Friendly service department with management & staff who are very knowledgeable. Sales crew members are patient, not pushy.

bad service practices/crooks

They lied about changing my oil on my 2021 f350 with 17k miles on it got it home 3.5 miles away checked oil it was black and burnt drain it bought sample to manager told me as soon as oil hits pan it turns black??? So I had to go spend 129$ on new filter and Rotella oil . Drove it for 25 miles checked level oil was still golden/honey color on dipstick so how was there oil black after only 3.5 miles?? Crooks stay away..

Service department is excellent!

Just wanted to Thank Franklin NC Ford very much for their OUTSTANDING Service Department led by Bryan. We had the FordPass throw us some fault codes indicating a problem with our 2019 Expedition engine/power train causing a significant loss of power. With us being from out of state (Darlington, SC) we called the closest dealership-Highlands. Well Bryan took the call, knew immediately what the problem might be based on the codes given. Even though they were slammed with service work he said come by next day (News Years Eve day by the way) and they would give it a look. Bryan remembered the call when we arrived the next morning and personally handled our situation. Car was fixed in 20 minutes! I can not tell you what a relief it was. Bryan, the entire service department, and even some of the sales folks greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Today, this world can be one of conflict. Bryan was a breath of fresh air, professionalism and kindness. I am happy to confirm there are still GOOD people in this world who do actually want to help others. I highly recommend this dealership and their great customer service. They say they are customer centric. Well, they certainly are! THANK YOU FRANKLIN FORD!

Best car buying experience!

Highly recommend! Purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their new state of the art facility made the buying process so much more enjoyable. They sold me a wonderful vehicle at a great price. What an amazing car buying experience!

always easy to get in for my appointments and the wait time is always reasonable. John has waited on me the last two times I was there for service and I'll give him five stars because he is awesome

Reedem a mail flyer

The sales associates do not display a knowledgeable amount of skill or tact when dealing with a customer. I was looking for an auto that would be easier for my older dogs to be able to gain entry into. The agent i was paired with asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for a Brookwood by Chevy, a Colony Park by Mercury or a Country Squire by Ford. I had already walked the lot twice and was winded and almost out of breath. When the agent and I sat down he did ask what I was looking for and I told him that felt like a trick question. Our conversation lead to a point that I felt it was time to go because i still haf not recovered my breathing enough to feel at ease. I was very close to Respiratory Distress and needed my inhaler but the agent i was talking with neither noticed or just did not care that my shallow breathing was cause for me being in a foul temperment. I did state I did not come in there for this. The funny thing was i did see two different litte vans i wanted to discuss and try out prior to a purchase. We never got to that point because the agent clearly stated he did not know hardly anything about a car. I find it difficult to place trust when my knows little to nothing about the products he is attempting to sell. Any agent should display a fair to excellent display of the histories of the products they sell.
