I inquired about a used car I found at this dealership. A salesperson reached out immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. I drove the... 30 minutes to the dealership only for an unprepared salesperson to tell me they still needed to go get the car. When they returned they told me that the car had “just sold”. Complete waste of time. They were unprepared and wasted my time and gas driving all the way there just to turn around and go home.
Gerardo (Gerry) is a true professional who was attentive, thorough, and gave a fair price for my repair. Wow, what an incredible and easy experience getting the car of my dreams! Helen Park was the first person to ask us of we were helped. My husband and I... were just wanting to browse cars and check out options. Helen took down all of our info and asked all the questions to really pin point what i wanted. She found different options and looked for a specific one i was looking for. After test driving the car we wanted to see what the payments would look like. Helen is so sweet, funny and attentive. When u meet her u cant help but fall in love with her and her personality. We were then introduced to Gilbert, he was so nice and took down all of my information and brought back different options. He answered all of my questions and made the loan portion of the process so pleasant! Once we agreed on the payment option he finished the rest of the paperwork i submitted and i was approved! We were then introduced to Greg to finish the financial portion of the process and sign all the paperwork! Greg gave me all the information on my new car, explained what was covered and different options available to add extra coverage if i wanted it. He was so knowledgeable and very nice. When i say this was easy, i mean this was so easy and everyone we worked with every step of the way made the whole process so nice, fun, funny and amazing! What a great team they have at Lexus of Glendale. Ty Helen, Gilbert and Greg. This is my very first brand new car at 33 years old and it was everything i could hope for and want!
Inquired about a car through cars.com. Was in contact with an internet sales associate. Several days of back and forth emails. It’s a 2hour drive for me... to this dealership, so I wanted all my questions answered before driving up. I was going to buy a new Lexus! But she kept refusing to answer my questions. I would ask several and she would pick and choose what to answer which painfully elongated the process by several days. Once I got an actual quote I was ready to buy. But still had questions, was told there was only one car and it may sell because they are a popular model (this is true, they were hard to find). So now I’m in a Hurry and was willing to leave my job mid-Friday and drive through LA to go get it... ON A FRIDAY! She said she would respond within ten minutes. 2hours later I get an email answering a question, but then the quote changed,stating she had apparently put incorrect refund amounts! I got a bad feeling with all this BS and decided to call the dealer near me. The dealer near me found me the car, sent someone to go get it, brought it to me, and did it for less than Glendale within 24hrs! As we were comparing paperwork between the dealers we found several incorrect pricing issues on the Glendale quote , refund amount, lic and registration, tax amounts... I would have driven up there and the car would have cost me a Minimum of 3k more! I’m happy with my car, and happy I didn’t go to Glendale.
Not very friendly sales staff. Been to 8 different dealerships recently. This was by far the saddest, blah experience. Like "I don't need your business... " type of attitude! Now they are calling and emailing me, begging for my business! Couldn't even get a smile out of the sales person, much less, conversation! Their loss...

I purchased a Lexus 350 from this dealership January 09,2018 and at that time the vehicle was paid in full by a bank check and deposited into their account.... I paid to have the vehicle shipped to me. I have been requesting the title for 1 month. I have the vehicle in my garage and unable to register it in my state (NC). I am currently renting a vehicle everyday until I am able to receive the title and register the vehicle. NC and CA both refuse to give me a temporary tag. CA because I am registering the vehicle in NC and NC because I do not have the title. I have spoken with several people (Lia Agababian, Robert Silva, Debbie, Kaynan Khlepariand and Omid) at Glendale Lexus and continue not to get an accurate answer as to when I will receive the title I am entitled to. Please save yourself the headache and frustrations and purchase your new Lexus from another Lexus dealership. I will update this post if and when I receive the title. As of today (02/09/2018) its been 1 month and I (or my bank)have yet to receive the title.
I inquired thru cars.com for a specific car that they had. I received multiple emails from Lexus but it did not address the car I was interested in. Frustrated... and gave up and looked elsewhere. Plus stop emailing me. The experience was not useful and was annoying.
Excellent professional service with both David Mercado and Miriam and excellent negotiation with John, the finance manager. David took the time to take... me on a test drive and Mariam took the time and patience to explain all of the features of the vehicle after I made the purchase and eased the adjustment process! They followed up with a call to see how well I liked the car and I love my ES350!!
Great service with their internet department I was so busy to reply or schedule a test drive but they keep emailing and follow up on me... patiently Would... want to schedule a test drive soon!
