I ordered a Ford F150 Lariat on April 11th 2022. At the time I inquired about the price protection. I spoke with salesman Blaine. I was assured that I would receive the price protection. I was given a sign contract, as well as the order sheet with the MSRP. My truck was deliver/Purchased on 9/20/2022. I paid the new MSRP of 3K more that when ordered. I was concerned about the new price and requested a signed note that I would receive the Check from Ford. I received a signed letter to this effect by the Sales Manager. I have stopped by on several occasions to check in with Blain, who told me as soon as he receives the check he’ll contact me.I have also called and left messages with management.I have yet to hear anything. It's been 89 Business days since my purchased. I’m very happy with my purchase and my overall experience. So far service has been great. I’m kinda of getting nervous that run around with a 3k price protection check.

The dealer posted another customer car as available for sale when called , they even did not know such car existed. Also I felt sales person did not want to answer whether about the car itself or rebates pretty much unless you go there. You could get more about a person on the first date than from this dealership.

Seemingly Deceptive
Sales person tried to add $11,000 in "trade difference" to my deal ($11,000!!!). They tried to say it was some kind of "tax" thing. Then seemingly got offended that I wanted to negotiate. I was willing to drive 4 hours... Nope. Even if they had gotten to a good number, not sure I would trust the deal and make the drive. Internet contacts were very kind and professional, at least.

This review is about the Sales Representative Blane! Honestly, words can not describe! Usually you know a salesman is going to try to get you for as much as they can and still make you think it’s an amazing deal. Well Blane is a different man. He actually helped me and kept it real with everything. Answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know an exact answer, he’d find it for me that moment! Went through as many cars ss I wanted to see before I found the one for my mother. Which that made it more serious for me because it was for my mother. Awesome personality, wisdom about the cars like I’ve never seen before, and he actually cares for the customer! Really awesome guy, gets personal and actually talks to you, not like some guys where it’s money and that’s it. I respect him a lot and glad I got to meet him and he was the one to help me with my purchase. So again, thank you Blane for everything!

The Service Department at DCH Ford has always been First Rate. Kyle Warren always makes sure that things are done right and as timely as the job can be done properly. Met Kyle's associate, Ken Guthrie, for the first time this Servicing and everything went smoothly and I was pleased. Saw Kyle on the way out and said hi and was on my way home a happy customer!

Great dealership overall. Service department is always accommodating. Service manager Kyle Warren always goes out of his way to take care of me and my family. I’ve been following Kyle for many years do to his great work ethic he runs a great service team!! Highly recommend DCH Ford.

These guy sold me a trade in and about an hour after leaving the dealer my engine like came on took the car back the pit a huge strath that the extended door they gave me a loaner and fixed the lang feel scratch got the car back 3 hours later same exact problem engine came on wouldn’t go out they picked up the car and towed it back to the dealer had over two a week picked it up and the same engine with the same problem and it hasn’t been resolved I mace to another state now they totally ignore me engine still on the dealer ship I brought it too and 4 different machanics they still can’t figure it out I’m going through xxxx because how do you get the car inspected with the engine light on is beyond me I’m still paying but I’m not using it if anyone knows what I can do next please let me know thanks…

I always take my vehicles to DCH Ford for service. I call Ms Robinson and she makes me an appointment. She is the sweetest and most helpful person. I drive in hand the service writer my keys, tell him what I want done. I go sit down and relax, they tell me when my vehicle is ready, I pay, say hello to Kyle, and drive out on my way. No grease or dirt in car.
