I called about a vehicle I saw on Autotrader. When I call to make an appointment I was told the car was in the shop. They would call back in two days.... They called to say the car was still in the shop and would call on Friday to update. That was over a week ago and I’m still waiting for the call.

I took my F-150 in for service. Gave the service writer my keys. I sat down and watched TV in a safe socially distance waiting room. My F-150 was ready... quickly I paid and drove home in a clean serviced truck.

Initially I would have loved to give a 5 star review but since the day my husband has driven his car off the lot we have had nothing but issues. Less than... 12 hours after driving off the lot the first set of issues occurred. The car has been in our possession only slightly over 3 weeks in the almost 3 months since we purchased it. We purchased a $17,000 car that has done nothing but fall apart on us. We waited 4 weeks for answers as to why his car will not run and the dealership could not figure it out themselves and had to send it out to be diagnosed . It seems like the dealership had not once looked over this car before selling it on their lot. The car does not have an extensive amount of miles on it to be having the issue it does. This is the 3rd time in 3 months we've had to reach out over problems with the vehicle...and not small issues.. issues that have left the car undriveable. It seems at this point we are now stuck with a $17,000 car that does not run... it needs a new engine and nothing is being done to help us with that. I would highly avoid going here for fear you'd be in the same boat as us and being told not much else could be done. We are truly devastated and heartbroken over how things have turned out.
