This was my fifth Ford purchase but my first at DCH Ford

This was my fifth Ford purchase but my first at DCH Ford of Eatontown. It was by far my best purchase experience ever. The sales staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone wishing to avoid the usual anxiety of purchasing a new vehicle.

Charging over sticker is just bad business practice.

Charging over sticker is just bad business practice. If you pay the extra you are not a very smart shopper. Buy from honest dealers don’t support dealers that rip the consumers off.

I think this is the 4th or 5th time John has assisted us with either a purchase or lease. He does a great job and I have already recommended him to my daughter who leased a Bronco.

Terrible dealer.

Terrible dealer...makes a second attempt to reach out to me only to repeat the same garbage making it seem your cat is not worth what th internet says they are lying. It's what we say it's worth...this miss out key features to scam custo.ers out of thousands because expensive features are not attached to the Vin they have to be added manually and they leave them out to profit more ..its really sad. That's why you get all these wild numbers everytime you go from. Dealer to dealer

Oh thos is very much the correct dealership i can attach all the screenshots from you dishonest dealership looking to rob customers of their car values...your dealership should operate under integrity and maybe you should have a team meating and put your minions on the same page so customers dont get robbed especially ones that are not bisiness savy or fear intimidating sales people

My friends and I made a long drive from Virginia to DCH

My friends and I made a long drive from Virginia to DCH Ford of Eatontown in New Jersey, enticed by a Mustang listed for $10,700. However, our excitement turned into disappointment when we walked out the door, and noticed the price skyrocketed to $13,232, not including financing. My experience at DCH Ford of Eatontown in took an even more frustrating turn when I discovered hidden fees and unwanted add-ons. That they added to price of the vehicle In addition to the unexpected price increase. they tacked on an extra $499 for "perma plate," which is an appearance protection warranty that I never asked for, and $399 for "pulse brake," a $40 part that makes brakes flash. Many people in Virginia, including myself, find this feature annoying. These additional charges feel deceptive and made the whole transaction unpleasant. when I confronted them about the additional $499 charge for "perma plate" (Appearance protection warranty). Their response was astonishing: they claimed that this charge is applied to every car they sell, effectively making it a requirement for customers to buy or finance a vehicle but the paper that I received from them in the packet says otherwise I ended up calling the warranty company and they said that this was not required in order to buy a car. I strongly believe that such practices should be illegal, as they clearly lack transparency and customer choice. As I inquired about the $399 charge for 'pulse braking.' To my disbelief, they claimed that this was a feature already installed on the vehicle. However, during my visit to the dealership, no one mentioned or informed me about this feature being installed. Instead, they simply added it to the cost to the vehicle's price and focused on discussing monthly payments. This lack of communication and transparency left me feeling both frustrated and deceived. It's disheartening when a dealership prioritizes hidden costs over open and honest dealings with customers. My overall experience at DCH Ford of Eatontown was marked by these regrettable practices, and I believe it's important for others to be aware of them. To validate my concerns, I contacted several other Ford dealerships in New Jersey. To my relief, they informed me that this practice is not a standard in the industry, and some even cautioned against dealing with DCH Ford of Eatontown. This widespread acknowledgment of the issue further solidified my belief that the dealership's actions were unjust and deceptive.

Horrible service dept

I brought my car in for servicing on Tuesday evening night drop off. For a scheduled appointment on Wednesday 09/13/2023 in the morning. It's allmost the end of day 09/14/2023 and still do not have any answers for what is currently wrong with my car. Spoke to Matt in service he is no help!

It was a great experience working with Blane on

It was a great experience working with Blane on purchasing this vehicle. The amount of help and knowledge Blane has was outstanding! I asked a ton of questions and he had answers for all of them. If I wasn’t sure about something, he guided me through it all to make sure I was doing everything that I needed and wanted. I’ve been to a lot of dealers and I have to say he is the nicest and best gentleman to be paired up with to look for a vehicle to purchase. Outstanding experience with him and I appreciate everything he’s done beyond what words can explain! If anyone is debating on looking for a vehicle to purchase, ask for Blane, you will not be disappointed!

I recently purchased a vehicle from them and I have been trying to contact my salesman many of times with little to no response after I repeatedly texted them abt status on plates and Mats. This is the 5th time now with empty promises abt getting back to me with no response still weeks later… the costumer service has been the most below par of any dealer ship I’ve worked with before. Didn’t want to have to right this but ik how big of a deal reviews are to a dealer ships so this is what it’s comes to. I wasn’t asking for them to expedite these things, just simply for an eta and or a response in general. It’s just a lack of professionalism at this point so hopefully this gets the point across.
