DONT BUY

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I would've given them a ZERO if that was an option!!! Dealership & manager, Mike, are nothing but CROOKS! My brother was told the vehicle had items in it & it didn't. When he called the dealership Mike they wouldn't refund the money for the items that weren't actually in car & accused them of removing the items!! Unbelievable that these people can sleep at night knowing they are scamming customers off like this! On top of that they forged his signature on at least one of the documents, yes FORGED! I'm sure they aren't the first customers they've scammed & done this too, especially after reading some of these reviews! They were sold a vehicle with nitro tires & a tail light neither of which the car had! This was the perfect scam for these people, b/c how many people check the brake lights & tires before leaving a dealership?? They are totally scamming customers so if you're going to buy here, don't say you weren't warned! If you're looking for a classic case of "bait and switch" go no further! Apparently this dealership has quite the reputation for this, I'm just sorry we weren't aware beforehand!!! Do yourself a favor & STAY AWAY from these CROOKS! Looking forward to this place getting shut down!

Dishonest. Do not trust.

Dishonest, marks up ordered cars and stiffs customers, and disregards customers. Does not care about customer care or service. This should not be allowed to go unaddressed.

Scam dealership Liars that don't blink

Drove three hours added a few to the price.They lied about what the price was had a friend call they gave him a higher price 45 minutes later as iam driving.They will give you these screening questions to figure out gow to screw you.Called ford they said they just sell the vehicles.You need to call consumer affairs of new Jersey to have them investigated.The goal is to get you there then the BS begins.Iam calling consumer affairs to report.They don't care will scam you

Dishonest and greedy

Rude staff and screw customers on pricing. Avoid like the plague. I was interested to buy a vehicle and found out they had essentially hijacked a customer order that was placed over a year before simply because they wanted to charge $10,000 over MSRP. I could not deal with them in good conscience.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time unless you want to spend 10k over MSRP after waiting 1 year for your Bronco. These people are TRASH! TRASH! TRASH!

Stay Away

This place is trash, stay away. They are dishonest and marked up a customer's Bronco without notification. This customer waited over a year for this car and at the last minute they hit them with a 10K ADM. Complete BS.

Dig deep with this dealership

Don’t buy a Bronco from these clowns, unless you enjoy 10K markups on MSRP’s. It’s a shame, it will be a much more enjoyable experience buying a new car when we can buy direct and dealerships are a thing of the past.

Shady dealer practices

Charging more for a Bronco isn't right after the customer has been waiting over a year. 10k increase go elsewhere! I can't believe dealers are trying to hurt customers during these times.
