The entire experience has been more costly than I would have liked. The car came with tow rod and ball joint problems that did not show up until 3 days after I had got the vehicle. Was told that this was not part of the warranty and that I had to get this fixed on my own. With the high cost of the car payment and insurance I still have not been able to get this taken care of and now it is getting pretty bad. Making payments early is frowned upon for some reason and I'm if you try to make a payment that isn't on the auto pay schedule (early or late) they charge you the same fee which is crazy to me. I might have to eat this one and just give the car back because it is causing me not to be able to afford the other necessary things like rent and food.

Sorry I did this to myself
Just to make a long story short they approved me for a car I gave them 800.00 then decided I wanted to wait they gave me back 300.00 kept 500.00 and said that is was a credit so when I decided I wanted a car I went back decided on a car but it took them a week just to tell me that car had to much work that needed to be done never was I told that they put a turn off switch on your car never knew that until it was time to sign the contract and of course they already had a deposit on a car that was non refundable but had I know. About this switch I would have never got the car not to mention they do not work with you at all nice and friendly until they get your money

Get away from them
They are very unprofessional and their mechanics are not very intellectual. Oh also they will repo ur car without any warning. I could’ve made a payment but instead of calling me for it they said nothing so I didn’t even get a chance. This is the worst dealership in the country.

They wrote me a check for my trade.
Please read. I bought 2 cars from there years ago covid has made them desperate. I traded my bmw for the 4 runner. The steering wheel locked up while on the highway. They 6000 plus 2000 check I told them to come pick it up. Whole time there blaming me. Then told my bank it’s a fraud check. I deposit the check the day I got the truck then they kept my 500 dollar deposit then the 60 plus dollar I left in the armrest. Please don’t buy nothing from them they have. The Justin is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend anyone. He has my deposit it’s coo god will take care of there mess. They are desperate my car went on the lot the same day. The way I took it is the way the returned it RUN I went to Carvana and got a 2018 Infiniti this place needs to shut there doors for good. All the cars on the website is sitting at the other location. It’s like they sale them and there making money off peoples deposit. Carvana does the samething and there cars actually run. I rather sit back and watch god work

Crooks!
By far the worst dealership I have encountered in 45 years. Crooks and beyond. I purchased a vehicle at the end of December with $500.00 down. In January I picked that vehicle up and paid another $500.00 to complete my down payment. -Feb 9th the engine goes out. -Feb 13th the vehicle is picked up and delivered to their shop. -They confirm the entire engine needs to be replaced. ( I have only had the vehicle for just about a month at this point ) Almost 4 weeks later I got the vehicle back and guess what... The water pump goes out. The vehicle is returned to Matt the owner of the dealership and Blake from the service department. A few weeks later the vehicle was brought back to me. The next day while on my way to work the driver side window stopped working and the vehicle began to smoke badley. The vehicle was again picked up and sent to the shop. Blake from the service department told me they would need to entirely replace the engine again. NOTE: I have not missed a car payment at this point. They have the vehicle for longer than I have. They didn't even offer to delay the payments. They said they would only pay rental reimbursement. Here is the thing... I cannot afford a rental while making a car payment and paying for insurance on a car I don't even have. Matt the owner of the dealership basically said this is the vehicle I purchased and I am obligated to. He also said if I did not want this vehicle I would have to pay $500 to terminate this agreement. When I stated I just want to term the agreement and I want half my money back so I can get another car from somewhere he refused. A lot of us have struggled through the past year. Getting a car and getting back on my feet was important to me and my family. Instead they have basically stolen what we put together to get a vehicle. Sidenote: The car was not even taggable. When I tried to get my tags the state told me there were 2 liens on the vehicle and I can not tag until the dealership fixes it. Absolute Nightmare. I am sure there those that will say Matt and Auto Exchange does good business. I will... If they will treat one customer like this.... THE CAR IS STILL IN THE SHOP AND THEY SAY I STILL MUST CONTINUE TO MAKE THE CAR PAYMENT. I HAVE DROVE THE CAR FOR LESS THAN 30 DAYS AND HAVE MADE A 1k DOWN PAYMENT AND PAID $400 A MONTH SINCE. They will delete this post. They always do. Go elsewhere. DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU NEED A CAR. NOT WORTH IT.

Bad business
My sister and I traded her car in for a used car to lease. The net price of the car was $16,999.00. The whole process was a mess. We did not get the paperwork until the day of delivery which was while we were both at work. Nothing was explained to us. They tried to tell us we would pay sales tax on $27,039 and not the net price of the car. They said their lawyers told them that was right amount and that Missouri DMV said it correct. The paperwork was wrong with my sister and my name switched so my sister can’t register it in her name and we live in different counties.

Awful! Take your business else where!
Bought a car in January... engine locked up and went in the shop Feb 13. The vehicle had to be returned 1 day after “being repaired”. They basically said I am stuck with this vehicle. They have had the car as long as I have owned and they are still charging me. It’s been a month. The worst dealership I have ever felt with. My advice... Take your business else where and get a reliable vehicle or at least a dealership that helps out their customers. Not spending a month stealing their money.
