What's the problem?
Brought my car in to diagnose a noise that appeared to be coming from the left rear underside. Being that it's a 2010 vehicle, I was concerned that it would be a costly repair. Turned out to be a rust buildup on the brake rotor. Cleaned up and out the door in less than an hour at a very acceptable cost.

I live 35 miles away from Ganley Honda but will not have anybody else service my Ridgeline! Wendy was wonderful as always,facilities were clean employees very friendly. Service was great car drove really good all issues taken care of and less expensive than I thought. Highly recommend Ganley Honda!

I inquired about a car I wanted to purchase yesterday and
I inquired about a car I wanted to purchase yesterday and the salesman said he could not sell a car to someone living in Hartville because I wasn’t local. Ridiculous!!! It’s a 45 minute drive to the dealership. I guess you really don’t want to sell cars. Poor customer service.

Took CR-V in for scheduled service. Was easy and efficient scheduling appointment online. Service writer Wendy pleasant and efficient. Facilitated process and even found a coupon I could use. Car was ready when promised.
